Voting System

General Voting:
At the end of all the performances the votes will be taken using telephones calls, text messages, and using the homepages of the various television networks participating (there is server-side scripting that can track a IP address to it's nation of origin, so if the site uses this in the voting system you can prevent people of other nations voting using the site).
After the individual nations rankings are in then the final ranking is compiled from the results of all the nations, and then we have the rankings of that nation. Each country ranks all the entries and assigns twelve points to their favorite entry, ten points to their second favorite entry, and eight down to one point to their third to tenth favorites. Countries are not allowed to vote for themselves. The voting period is 2 days long.

Tie-Breakers:
If there is a Tie then
  1. The country which got the points from the greater number of countries wins.
  2. If the above is used and it's still a tie, then the average points gained is used.
  3. If the second tie-breaker is used and it's still a tie than there will just be a re-vote between the songs.

Bidding System

  1. Mayor of a town/city for bid if they want to host the competition.
  2. Each participating nation selects 100 random civilians to vote from the submitted towns/cities. These civilians may decline if they wish. Nations may not vote for themselves.
  3. The town/city with the most votes wins.
  4. If there is no majority votes, the town/city with the least amount of voted is knocked off and another voting session is held. This is repeated until a town/city has a majority.
