Newbie Posts: 59 Group: Members Member #76 Joined: July 25, 2011	Will nodded. By the time he had finished another round of Water Gun. The other Ambipom had run away. "Another victory for us!" He yelled while pumping his fist! He walked over to Luxio who had been cut up by a few Ambipom and helped him with a Potion. He did the same with Poliwag. Luxio knew they'd be safe, and so he started to walk away. "Luxio wait..." Will said. "I want a rematch." Luxio let a few volts of electricity to say Let's do this. "Whirl, I choose you! Let's do this thing! Start out with another Mud Sport!" Will said. Whirl jumped onto the field knowing what to expect now. He spread Mud around weakening electricity significantly! The Luxio snickered. His tail lit up and used Iron Tail. Whirl was too quick for him though, as the Luxio wasn't accustomed to his new form yet. Will smiled. "Whirl use Tackle!" Will said Whirl ran and jumped into Luxio. Once again, Luxio's new form weakened him. He was hit full force and knocked into a tree. This wasn't over though! Luxio got up and sent volts of electricity flowing through his body. Luxio used Thunderbolt! It's Super Effective! Whirl was hit but this time he was able to survive the attack. Will smiled. "Whirl use Tackle again!" Luxio smiled expecting it. He pawed Whirl up into the air and used Iron Tail. Will frowned. "Whirl Water Gun up close." Whirl recovered quickly and fired a Water Gun! Luxio was hit and fell on his side. Will smiled. "This is it Luxio! Go Pokéball!" The Pokéball hit Luxio and seized him. It shook.... Once.... Twice.... Three times... The Pokéball stopped shaking! Will did another Fist Pump! "YES! We did it Whirl! We got a new friend!" Whirl jumped. "Poli!" Will smiled and he sent out Luxio. "Welcome to the team... Shocker." Shocker smiled, and nodded approvingly of the name. Will smiled, and walked back to the stranger who was wrapped in the string shot. "So... now that that's over. Who are you, and what happened?"

Newbie Posts: 66 Group: Members Member #56 Joined: April 19, 2011	Kyle was in a state of shock really, as he watched a tiny little Torchic run around beating the snot out of the Ambipoms he had failed miserably at beating. Then he noticed the grand battles going on around him, a battle of speed, a battle for a new friendship, it was too much for him to handle. He was so weak and pathetic, then the boy who had just managed to capture a Luxio, with much less bruising than his attempt at getting Buggy, walked up to him and began to ask him questions. Kyle instantly used this as his chance to strike an amazing pose as he pointed up towards the sky with a wild grin on his face. “I am Kyle Orion of Viridian City. I am a wanderer traveling the world to see all of its glory. No Pokémon trainer has ever come with skills like mine!” At that moment, one of the remaining Ambipoms picked up Buggy and began to beat him using his own Pokémon. This of course was very inopportune, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles. As this went on, Buggy began to get nauseous, so he did what any Caterpie being swung around by his head and having his tail constantly smack his own trainer, he unleashed a torrent of stringshot right into the Ambipom, cocooning him. Buggy quickly turned around and ran up to Kyle who lay on the ground and….vomited on him. Well, it was true; no other trainer had his ability….most started out a lot better than him.

Newbie Posts: 59 Group: Members Member #76 Joined: July 25, 2011	Will watched the commotion, and at the end of it all. He cracked up along with Whirl, and Shocker. He walked up to Kyle and Buggy. "Er- so how'd you guys end up in that string shot and what's this Caterpie's name?" He asked. "Let me introduce myself first, I kind of said it quickly. I am Will Andersen, these are my Pokémon, Whirl the Poliwag, and Shocker the Luxio. I come from Viridian City. Whirl here is my very first Pokémon." Whirl & Shocker looked at Buggy curiously. Whirl walked up to it and poked it with his tail. To say, You okay? Will smiled at his Pokémon. "Whirl's right though, is Buggy okay?" He asked. "We have tons of medicine." But the battle between Odonata and that Ninjask was still raging. Cormack listened into Will and Kyle talking and ended up hearing that Caterpie of Kyle's hurl something up. That obviously wasn't normal. "Here, take this." Cormack pulled a potion out of his bag and tossed it to Kyle. "That should help your Caterpie out with whatever's ailing it. If it doesn't....take him to a Pokémon Center." Kyle was an interesting case, though. He had never heard of anyone having such an odd relationship with their Pokémon...but it wasn't uncommon in most parts of the world. Now back to the matter at hand: The battle between Odonata and the Ninjask...oh, wait, it ended. With swirls around his eyes, the Ninjask fell to the ground, with Odonata victorious. And Cormack missed the battle....that pissed him off so hard. But at least he knew that he made the right choice in catching a Yanmega. "Sorry I missed it, but great job, Odonata!" With the victory cry that came from Odonata, it signaled a sign of arrogance within the other Ninjask. They were beginning to move towards Odonata in an attempt to attack! "Oh no you don't! Phoenix, I guess it's time to put that combo of ours to the test!" As the little Torchic got fired up, Cormack called out the name of an attack that he helped Phoenix to come up with. "Alright, use Phoenix Wheel!" The Torchic sped forth and began performing a Flame Wheel attack, but it was spinning at a higher intensity than a normal Flame Wheel. All the sudden, the flames turned into that of a giant, flaming bird and struck out at the Ninjask. The Ninjask were all quick enough to move out of the way, but they all dispersed and fled deeper into the forest. And at the end of the attack, poor little Phoenix got dizzy and fell over, seemingly in pain. That wasn't really an attack that could really be used more than once; it took so much effort for the little Torchic to pull it off. It was too much. Cormack looked at Phoenix and smiled sympathetically. "Sorry, buddy. Take a nice, long rest. You've earned it." He put Phoenix back in his Pokéball and turned toward Odonata and the rest of the group. "You guys alright?"

Newbie Posts: 59 Group: Members Member #76 Joined: July 25, 2011	Will couldn't believe how unaware he'd been of the Ninjask situation, he only noticed it because of Odonata's Victorious cry. He watched Pheonix perform a- Phoenix Wheel was it?- and fall down. He smiled. "That. Was. SICK!" He said. He knelt down next to Whirl. "We could use a combination like that." He said. "Not a fire-type move though obviously. Whirl nodded his head. He was tired so he tapped on his Pokéball to take a nap. Will nodded. "I hear ya, I'm beat, I'll let you rest though. Return Whirl & Shocker!"Will said. He then pointed the two Pokéballs at his Pokémon. Once again a red light captured them and sent them inside. Cormack put Phoenix back in his Pokéball and turned toward Odonata and the rest of the group. "You guys alright?" Will nodded. "I'm tired as can be, though. By the way I'm not sure if you heard me, but that was an awesome combo of moves." He commented. That's when he noticed something. The sun was starting it's decent. "We'd better move it."

Newbie Posts: 66 Group: Members Member #56 Joined: April 19, 2011	Kyle wiped Buggy’s lunch off of himself as he took the potion with a grin. In one swift and fluid motion he grabbed Buggy with one hand, while the other sprayed the potion all over Buggy. The little guy squirmed and screeched as the potion stung his wounds while it sterilized them. Then came the healing as Buggy calmed down and seemed oddly…relaxed. Now that the potion had been used up, Kyle quickly placed it in his pack, not quite sure what to do with the container. He let out a soft sigh as he realized they were out of harm’s way now, thanks to his comrades whom had each taken out a large amount of Pokémon using their own skill sets. This seemed to depress Kyle for a moment as he thought about how they had beaten their foes….one of them ran away and the other had been cocooned. It seemed stringshot was Buggy’s only move, or at least his favorite. Kyle looked at the other two and gave a slight bow as he answered the question of the one whom had given him his potion, not quite remembering his name, or if he had even given it to him, “I’m fine, like I mentioned earlier my name is Kyle Orion, I am of Viridian City and was recently in Pewter, though I found an ad for a job at Mt. Moon but got lost on my way there. Buggy is my Caterpie, my one and only Pokémon and closest friend.” Caterpie seemed to flinch at that comment, his friend? Since when was he considered this human’s friend? This human had brought him nothing but pain and misfortune, most of it at his hands. Kyle then looked up at the sky and watched the sun set; it was such a nice sight. “Do you guys know which way is Mt. Moon? Come on tell me, where’s the mountain?” Little did he realize that if he should just turn around he would see the mountain clear as day, unfortunately, the obvious always seemed to find a way to evade him. "Er- Well, if you look behind you, you'll see Mt. Moon. That big spire towering over the ground? Yeah. That's it." He told him. He wondered about something Kyle had said though. An ad? For a job in Mt. Moon? He decided to ask away. "So what's the ad you were talking about?" He asked. Now the sun really was just above the horizon. "Before you answer that though, we really do need to get out of here." He said. He pulled out his Pokegear. It told him they were a 15 minutes walk away from the exit. It also gave him a warning sign. It's mechanical voice jumped out at them. WARNING! WARNING! Multiple Pokémon are known to ambush Pokémon Trainers in Viridian Forest at Night. Including, Vigoroth, Ambipom, and Nuzleaf. He started worrying and turned to Cormack. "That is not a good combo. How quick can your bike be fixed and running?"

Cormack pointed in its direction and told him where it was, a hint of confusion in his voice regarding Kyle's disposition. "Uh....yeah, it's over there. Where the earth juts out of the ground at a jagged spike. That right there is Mt. Moon. I'm headed in that direction regardless, so if you come with me so I can fix my bike, I can take both of you to your locations. Odonata, can you guide me back?" The Yanmega nodded and began guiding the three back to Cormack's motorbike. Thank god it wasn't too far from where they had stopped and been ambushed. Pulling out his tool kit, Cormack opened up the hood and went to work. Five minutes later, the bike was up and running again. And Cormack had heard the alert on Will's Pokegear, so he had tried to put in double the effort to make sure he got it up and running. With five minutes to spare, he put Odonata back into his Pokéball and hopped on the bike. "Alright you two, put your Pokémon back in their balls and hop on. Hold on tight, because it's going to be a bumpy ride." When both of them had hopped on, he put his goggles on and drove as fast as he could to the exit where Pewter City resided. This seemed reckless, but it was safety precaution to make sure there weren't going to be any more surprise attacks on the forest's part. As soon as they broke through, Cormack stopped the bike by applying the brakes and spinning out at 180 degrees to come to a complete stop. "Whoo! And we're out! You two alright behind me?"

He clung to the bike, making sure he wasn't left behind. As Cormack came to a stop , due to the 180 though the force threw Will off the bike. He got up and brushed himself off. "Whew." He said. He smiled, "Well we've finally made it." He smiled and took a few steps forward. "This is where I try for my first badge, The Boulderbadge! That can wait though. Let's go to the Pokémon Center and get some rest." He told them. ((OOc: My creativity is losing it's ability. '^_^))

A huge grin appeared on his face as he marveled at the size of the object which had hidden itself from his view, man he really needed to improve his noticing stuff skills. In order to practice he tried to notice other things, and managed to notice the breeze, Buggy’s worried expression, the different sizes of the blades of grass, but failed to hear the warning coming from the Pokégear. At least he noticed everyone leaving and simply chose to follow them, since they had said something about a bike. As everyone hopped onto the motorcycle, Kyle grabbed Buggy and jumped on, not noticing that Buggy fell into his backpack, man he really had to stop being so oblivious to his surroundings. As the wind hit his face from the moving machine, he let out various shouts and yells of joy, this was truly fun. Soon they came to the spinning stop which caused him to….not fall off. Buggy on the overhand managed to fly out of the pack, but was quick enough to shoot one well aimed shot of stringshot which connected to the back of Kyle’s head, allowing Buggy to not hit the floor. Man, he should have been born a Spinarack considering that’s his favorite/only move, Kyle wasn’t sure yet. Well, here he was, out of the forest at last, and on his way to…..he forgot where. Kyle pulled out the flyer from his pack and read it once more, Mt. Moon, his next location.

As the two teenagers got off the bike, Phoenix and Odonata ended up popping out of their Pokéballs on their own and were seemingly saying goodbye to the new friends they had made. This caused Cormack to laugh for a bit as his Pokémon's antics "Alright you two, we're good for now." He pulled out their Pokéballs and called them back in, getting ready to say his goodbyes. This was always the hardest part to come after meeting people, but it was possible that he would see them again. He never knew, but life did have its ways of messing with people, whether for better or for worse. "Well, I guess this is where we part ways. But hey, I'm sure I'll see the both of you some other time. Take care of yourselves, alright?" And with that, he sped off into the distance on his bike, heading past Pewter and off to parts unknown. (Sorry, kind of short, but was good enough to wrap things up)
