Ook Posts: 374 Group: Game Over Member #10 Joined: Mar 9, 2018	We should all say what categories we think we'll be good (or at least decent) at to give the Captain an idea of what they should pick/ban. Past that it seems that we should make someone who is confident in Trivia in general Captain just in case it goes to a draw. ...which isn't me I think I'd do reasonably at Geography/Mathematics/Science/World History, but any of the others I'm pretty sure I'd flunk, especially if things like Television and Games/Sports are US-focused (which I'd imagine they would be).

We obviously won't get that exact list but we can figure out what we aren't good at and eliminate those to give us something close to what we want.

That way it's easier to find something that each person can do - Mathematics and Literature are both only preferred by one person (well, Maths has two but Ness has a question mark attached to that) so I think it might be better to err more towards locking things like Geography, Food/Drink, and Television. That is, provided the other team aren't banning all of a certain player's preferences - if that happens I'll lock a choice in for that player. Does that sound okay?

Theater people know that really well so I think that is first strike. Maybe art second strike. Classical if we get another strike. I feel like Economics is guessable if you have at least some base trivia knowledge. So that is early stuff done. I am wary of American History bc afaik from time zones less than half our tribe is American. That can wait for second round and Jiggly gets that if they lock it.

Ook Posts: 374 Group: Game Over Member #10 Joined: Mar 9, 2018	Clarified a few things with the mods, posting here in case anyone else had these questions: The questions aren't posted when we send in our team lineup, we all request our questions individually at times that are good for us (makes sense ). Point assignments must be done inside the same 10 minutes you have to complete your answers or you'll be DQ'd - no assigning points afterwards. Make sure you double check your point scales before submitting! Need some clarification on this last one - @Mods - but I think you need to submit all answers in one post, not one at a time, and it might be the case that you only get one submission.

And because I opened it I figured I would have to race. So yeah... thats a thing that should be fixed. I have a feeling I just tried to do it all in three minutes, but does the timer start from when you open it or when you complete 'the timer'. Honestly this is worse than the Yoshi thing.

I ended up submitting using screenshots instead, which I hope turns out okay. I was a bit stressed during it as a result, though, so I might have slipped up on the point assignment I guess we'll have to wait and see. This seems like a really difficult challenge, so don't beat yourself up if you didn't do well. It's likely the other team are having similar problems.
