"Sayid and Charlie, to me both of you are prototypical coattail riders. Based on my own experience with you, and from any information I got from almost every juror is that you were both riding Lockes Coattails. You both made little or no effort to communicate with me. My questions for both of you are, Why no effort to talk with me ? And is there any move or anything else you did, that would make me want to vote for you? Riding coattails is a strategy. Anyone who’s ever watched (or played) Survivor, should know that riding the coattails of a key player is not only an acceptable strategy it’s one that’s proven most successful. Everyone remembers the Boston Rob/Amber fiasco that went down in the first Survivor All-Stars season, right? If you’ve studied the strategies, you should realize going in that it’s better to lay low than come out with your fists blazing and a huge bulls eye on your head. I am sorry I didn't make a bigger effort to talk to you in the game. I miscalculated my schedule and was not able to contribute the amount of time I wanted to in this game. The time I spent here was spent communicating with the allies I knew would get me to the end. I look forward to meeting you after the game wraps.

Congrats guys on making end game. Locke you did a fantastic job of leading, and Sayid and Charlie, great work following. I don't have any questions. I already know who I am voting for. Just going to make a statement because I can. This is the first time I have made the jury and I was really excited about it, but then I realized it's not as fun as it could have been. There's nothing you 3 could say to change my mind. It's not Locke's fault. He played the game I was trying to, he just beat me to it and did it better. Sayid. I don't know why you thought you stood a better chance against Locke than me in the end. If you had made a big move at F5 to vote with me for Locke (assuming Sawyer actually was on board, and if not, this makes Sawyer's game weak as well because I think he would have lost to Locke too), you would have had a leg to stand on and it would have been a closer competition among you, me and Sawyer/Charlie. You would have at least had a shot at winning. Maybe you were just playing to get to the end instead of playing to win....or maybe even playing for Locke to win. I did enjoy your companionship in the game....and look forward to to the reveal. Charlie. Thou did not play the game. Thou did as Locke desired and thou shall receive the placement thou deserves. No hard feelings though. It's a game and someone had to be the goat. You were getting that spot no matter what. See you soon. Locke. Well played. I think you were wrong about me in your fallen comrades though. I knew what you were up to and I was not feeling secure at all. I knew it was going to either be me or you. I stopped trusting you right after the merge. My *paranoia* was me not trusting you and I was hoping to catch you in your lies, but you balanced it all quite well. Nice job. Are you sure you aren't the real Locke? You sound just like him. It's kind of creepy to be honest. That's my statement. My vote is cast. It's not changing. No need to kiss my ass. Unless you just want to.

Appreciate the comments Jack. I honestly misunderestimated you as a big player, but I don't think you could have made that move at F5. If you could of, you would of. I don't think James would have jumped ship even if Sayid had. That is why I did my best to make them both feel close to me. Thanks though. I enjoyed our time on the Island. Look forward to meeting you after. |

"Thou" did not dae as Locke desired. There were clearly times Locke and I disagreed and my opinion was respected. Especially the week Desmond went gaffe. I will not snog y'r aris, but my aris has dooze pride to admit that I was more than a coattail rider. fancy it or not. Believe it or not. It is true. Cheers, Charlie |

I did enjoy your companionship in the game....and look forward to to the reveal. Jack... I only played the game to get to the end. I never try to over think things......OBVIOUSLY. I don't think I would have stood a better chance at winning against you. I think you and Locke were the best players and I had the honor of aligning myself with both of you. I was with Locke longer and made a last minute decision to stay loyal to him to the end. I do feel that Sawyer was on board with us and it would have played out differently if I would have made the big move at F5. Hindsight: It's good for seeing where you've been. It's good for testing the truth of what you think you know, but it can't tell you where you ought to go. It was great getting to know you in the game my friend. ![]() Sorry I had to cut ya brother.

I'm going to keep this short and sweet, boys. Had things gone how I'd hoped, I would have been here along with two of you...but I'll leave to your imagination which two. ![]() Seriously, though...no hard feelings for voting me out. Unlike what some of these jury members may think, you've EACH played a strong game...benefiting from both luck and skill. No coattail riders here. Regardless of who takes the cake, both Aaron and I hope to continue this conversation beyond the boundaries of this firepit and off the island. My question for each of you is in two parts... 1) What one or two things in regards to specific players are you most looking forward to clarifying or finding out about when reading the Confessionals? 2) What one thing are you least looking forward to people (or a specific person) finding out when they read YOUR Confessional? Wow me, boys.

Clairbear. You played an awesome social game and I also believe you would have been right here at the F3 if things would have gone down differently. What one or two things in regards to specific players are you most looking forward to clarifying or finding out about when reading the Confessionals? I can't wait to see what Desmond's take is on this whole thing. 2) What one thing are you least looking forward to people (or a specific person) finding out when they read YOUR Confessional? hee, hee. That question will be answered once those confessionals become available to you. How's this for wowing you?

Appreciate it Claire. You and your little turnip head were certainly players in this game. On with your question: I am really looking forward to reading Jack's confessionals. I've gotten a sense, starting with the others comments about him in the Fallen Comrades section, that I may have underestimated. I'm looking forward to reading his stuff and seeing how accurate or not he was in guaging me and my gameplay. That will be fun. I will also be excited to see if I was correct in assuming that Sayid, James and Charlie considered me their strongest ally. Now, I'll take it that because I am sitting here I was, but it will be fun to go back and read and see what other options and various scenarios they sifted through. And I can't leave off that I am downright giddy at reading Desmond's confessionals up to and after the Libby vote. I think that will be entertaining. As far as my confessionals, I think you all will really enjoy them. I was very thorough in there and I also had some fun with it. You can very clearly see my thought process and strategy round after round, both short term and long term. As far as a few examples that I think are specifically impressive: 1) I wrote in my F13 Confessional that I wanted the F3 to be myself, Sayid and James. With Charlie as the 4th. That more or less happened, and to be able to say that that early in the game and make it happen is a really impressive feat in my opinion. 2) After Libby was voted out I more or less stated the exact boot order that would go down all the way until now. I knew how I wanted each round to go and I knew going into each round how I would want to play it. You'll see this in there. 3) You'll see my love for LOST. I posted pics with funny captions, links to videos, and to music. LOST is my favorite show of all time, and Locke my favorite character. I wanted that to show in my confessionals and in my gameplay all the way up until the end. I was always depressed how the real John Locke died so pathetically and was happy to give him some redemption here. And to you Claire, I had fun. We had some fun late at night when no one else was around. I really enjoyed you as a player, and I respected you as a player by voting you out when I did. |

Ello, Love. thou must know that I butcher's forward to "moving on" with thou and Aaron and getting to spend quality time together. 1) What one or two things in regards to specific players are you most looking forward to clarifying or finding out about when reading the Confessionals? I think I am most looking forward to reading y'r confessional to find out how yeh felt about me. yeh sent a lot of yampy messages in y'r final few moments at the Dharma Initiative. Many were confusing and hard to follow. I will be interested in seeing y'r perspective on the various relationships and how many alliances yeh did hae that everyone accused yeh of. As well as which ones yeh valued as the real deal. I am also bleedin' interested in reading Desmond's confessionals. Confessionals of a Hatch Number-punching Worker. From Day 1 he greatly intrigued me and I am eager to read about his approach in the game and what his visions were. I am also to bits looking forward to seeing Juliet's messages to other people. I had a really hard time cracking conversation with her. I even went as far as writing some lengthy messages at times to try and get her to open up and give me sumfink to graft with so I could evaluate additional options moving forward. I am bleedin' interested in seeing her thoughts and her strategy as it was hard for me to read. 2) What one thing are you least looking forward to people (or a specific person) finding out when they read YOUR Confessional? Well, I think I would hae originally thought I would be nervous about Sayid and Locke finding out that I was considering opportunities to vote em out and go a different direction. Although I kind of already aired that laundry, so I am not as concerned about this any more. Other than that, I think I might be most nervous about Desmond reading about me wanting to gun for him in week 1 before we ever even shared a conversation or a tribe together. He was an outstanding personality and presence and I perceived him as a huge threat for me to get to the end game. And, Love, thank yeh for seeing value in all 3 of our games. whilst the 3 of us are here battling each other, I dae not think any of us would be here with out the other. We all worked hard together moving towards the endgame. We all had a hand in turning the Wheel at the Orchid Station. Some of us may hae done it "with the mayonnaise", another with the "bomb", and another "with the dagger." But, we did it in our own ways and each ways and I am proud of the way I played it out. Love, Charlie |

Ah, least. Probably how many people I thought I had under my spell at times and that I was saying a lot of the same things to a lot of different people. |

"They come. They fight. They destroy. They corrupt. It always ends the same." Having the chance to be my favorite television character in a game centered around two of my all-time favorite shows has been an utmost thrill. I dove in head first and I played visibly hard. I don't think anyone, at any point of the game, can say I was trying to fly under the radar. I always tried to maintain contact with everybody. It was risky, but in the end it worked out. I never tried to get too ahead of myself, analyzing every vote and how every person could fit into my plans and how I was fitting into theirs. It's a truly tough thing to make 3 different people feel like you are their number one and I think I might have just done that, if not, then I came damn close. I never won an immunity challenge, coming close a few times, but I was certainly an integral part in helping my tribe get to the merge up in numbers. However I never really needed immunity. My immunity were the allies I built on the Island. They protected me, and I had a lot to do with that. It's funny that a character built around destiny and fate was able to make it to this point of the game. The truth is, it wasn't either of those things that got me here. It was a combination of a lot of things. Putting in the time, reading players accurately, messaging thoroughly and alligning with the right people. I worked my ass off in this game, every day for the past month, and it's rewarded me to be here. I think I deserve your vote tonight because I think that effort and dedication has obviously shown up in my gameplay, but that is up to you. Either way, thanks for being a huge part of making this game so special and I look forward to joining you in that non-denominational church in a few hours. "It only ends once. Anything that happens before that is just progress." |
