This forum is a place for you to post your strategy, how you feel about the other players, or anything else you feel like talking about. If you've seen the TV show Survivor, consider this to be the part of the game where the camera cuts away to one person who tells the audience what's going on. Nobody except for you, the moderators, and the spectators will be able to read anything in this forum until after the game is over. Feel free to make other threads in this forum. |

So this is my second time playing Survivor, after Kanto. The first time, I found the puzzle solving a tremendous amount of fun, but the intrigue and politicking less so. We'll see if that changes this time, but I may just be a good tribesmate until my sudden but inevitable betrayal. |

So what's the plan for TC tonight? Are you going for a threat, or looking for future allies? Has anyone on the other tribe contacted you yet? For that matter, what's the situation in your own tribe? Which players are you getting along with the most? |

No contact with the other tribe, and it seems not all that helpful, who knows how long it will be until a merger. Me and Churchill are chatting, but no real alliances formed or anything. |

Post-TC Interview! [01] What did you think about the first tribal council you attended? Was the elimination a success, a shock, or a disappointment? [02] What are your thoughts on the other tribe you attended TC with? [03] How has the twist changed your view on your own tribe? Will you be targeting someone different in the future due to the possibility of another tribe's influence? [04] What alliances are currently in effect in your tribe? What about cross-tribe alliances? [05] How could things go spectacularly wrong for you? |

This is the first time you've been eligible to be voted out. Are you worried at all? Who do you want to vote for and why? |

Not terribly, I think we have good choices of people who haven't contributed much to be rid of. |

I don't think its great for me, I felt good about Americas working relationship, but in terms of elimination we were still in the "get rid of nonparticipants" stage, so I'm not sure it matters. |

What about first impressions of the people on your new tribe? How did your conversations go with them during the previous 3 TCs? |

Catherine impressed me in the first challenge, and Gandhi was engaged here. I hadn't made much effort to reach across lines before so I wouldn't say I have allies per se, but I'm confident we can build something here. |

I'd love to hear your thoughts here. Are there any rewards that really speak to you? Any that you really don't want specific other players to have? |

Sydney and Oslo seem like the best two, in that Sydney is effective immunity and Oslo can nullify that. I'm not looking back, but the sucker bet is the extra vote at the end of the game, you have to make it there first and it only matters if there's a tie, seems unlikely. As for the challenge strategy, who knows. I could see the other tribe betting anywhere from all to none of their money on Venice. I'd be OK with selecting a random amount between those numbers. |

I have a bad feeling about this. Why is Augustus so relaxed and telling such a strange story? Why is Hattie changing her mind and/or taking so long to reply sometimes? It doesn't look great. |

Ideally, that Richie Rich Roosevelt is burning some items and that's the cause of Tokugawa's ghostly appearance. With any luck, I can convince the Genghis camp and the Algiers camp that someone like Justinian is a good compromise candidate. Or Gilgamesh might go, what has he done lately? |

Eight players left. Only one of the last four TCs can be in any way considered "straightforward". How do you like your chances of reaching the end? What has to happen in order for you to do so? And how can you convince a jury to vote for you? |
