Three people have filled out the Doodle so far and it looks like 5:00 PDT on Friday is the only time with the possibility of working, no matter what the fourth person says. Unfortunately, I am a dumbass and forgot that I have a doctor's appointment at 4:40 PDT on that day. Also, my comod Thucydides plans on being stuck in traffic at that time. So, the way I see it I have three options. 1) Scramble among my friends and find somebody who is not involved in the game who can start the challenge until my doctor's visit ends, and who I trust to remember to do so. 2) Make it a semi-live challenge, where you tell me when you want to start and then I run the challenge with each person individually. This is probably the easiest option, but it carries the risk that each one of you will not see how everybody else is doing on the challenge, and could potentially lead to one person achieving what will eventually be a winning score and then continuing on for a long time because nobody, not even myself, will know at the time. 3) I come up with a different challenge altogether. I'm not inherently opposed to this idea, but from a moderation standpoint I worry about objectivity because I already have a sense of where you all have strengths and weaknesses and I don't want to give anybody the sense that I consciously chose a final challenge that disfavored them. Anyhoo, all three options have pros and cons. I've enabled posting permissions in this thread so feel free to talk it out here and let me know. |

I'm undecided, I liked the idea of a fully live challenge because the last one you did was so fun. Otherwise I don't have much to offer for ideas. |

I can't do Saturday because we are having Easter with my family. Thursday would work or later on Friday. |

For what it's worth, this challenge will not be as fun as the last live one. |

That said, I guess doing the challenge simi-live works for me. |

That's a majority. Semi-live it is. I'll post more details as soon as torchwalks are completed. |

My schedule is rather open so just some heads up and I'll be able to do it whenever. |
