Welcome, {Banette}, to the Pokémon Center. Nurse Joy will tend to your needs and, if you play nice, set up a Spook Shack for you and {Gastly}. We are sad to see you part with the mortal coil of the game.

I was never Mawile's second vote and I don't dislike you at all. There wasn't any reason not to vote you as everyone else was telling me that they were voting you. You were sinking like the titanic and I jumped off that boat when I had the chance. Even Froggy said he was voting you but it's clear he didn't. I think you and Froggy having an Eon link actually makes things make a lot more sense now.

I am sorry about what happened. I trusted Mawile with some information that you told me and Mawile went off and told everyone else and it all got blown out of proportion. I then told Mawile something else that you mentioned which was potentially damaging to you and told Mawile to keep it a secret because we could potentially use it later, and Mawile immediately went and told everyone else. I lost a lot of trust in Mawile at that TC. I don't know if there was anything I could have done to fix what had happened, but I was sad to see you go.

I figured not to trust Mawile when he was telling me about something Machoke apparently said when I didn't think Mawile had a reasonable way of learning it - until I combined it with the knowledge of Zoroark's flip. Especially as Machoke couldn't known it. At least, I don't think he knew that Zoroark and I had been faking our argument in the barrier challenge?

As I did say, I am not annoyed about my departure, I have found the situation far too amusing and understand it. I wasn't good at keeping people in the loop of my thought process. I don't think there is anyone on the tribe I actually dislike, though I can't say I want Mawile to win just to spite him.

Mawile told me that Machoke told Lumi and Fros on Lauin about your fights not being real. I think everyone knew at some point. I'm not sure where she got it though. I told Mawile but I don't believe I told her before she mentioned it first.

wow was this really your first game, shup? You did incredible for a first attempt.

Gastly and Ralts:

I do love you guys so much, but I had set up a crucial three with Zoroark and Machoke. I felt Spheal was more likely to follow than the two of you. I spent the entire game regretting this decision.

If this was the case why did you never tell me about this pact, even after we became close?

I'm thankful you went with me on Mawile, especially as It was only I who cared for skunk. I loved talking to you about getting lost in australia, camp, kids work, shoelaces, Worship music (again, great choices buddy), and all of our pusheen love.

I greatly enjoyed your thoughts on who would play us in the biopic films of our lives. I doubt Mr J. Eisenberg or A. Brody will care to take up their roles anytime soon but I would love the Shup & Sphe feature film ^_^

You were a true oasis of spring water on a salty desert of Solana. Thanks for being the only player keeping me sane there, even if you're the most renegade ally I've ever had to confide in. You're very impulsive but very genuine and I find that very endearing. I'm sorry the other players don't know just how much fun and reliable you really can be.

Shuppet was an awesome choice of pokémon btw. Can I get Espeon to confirm that was a great pick? ;)

I was thinking about breaking it, but wasn't going to tell you until I was certain of it. I would've told you when it became directly relevant to the situation. Also I had a habit of forgetting to tell people things which ultimately was what got me knocked out.

I would've had fun trying to word the idea of betraying the two of them in a way to avoid mentioning the Eon Link as to why I was turning on them both.

They are going to be taking up the roles, I will write these films if I make it big and request that they star! It'll be a thing!

I would say something about how great an ally you were, but this being my first game I wouldn't exactly have a lot to compare you to. But you didn't vote me out like Zoroark, and you gave me great social conversations.

But after this I might end up messaging you about various things that come up should we run a search for new songs to play =)

I was gonna be Rotom as my first pick but they turned it down =( that roleplay would've been all hot shot energetic "woah, look at me go, I'm as fast as lightning!" as opposed to spooky. But I think spooky was more fun.

oh, and I know it's a triple post, but I was so upset at the times when it was just the two of us online after Tili/Alto Mare, because I remembered all the times we would talk during that time but now we just had to look at each other's name in different colours

Even if you weren't it'd have been nice to know as we were allies and sharing everything. Or formally invited me in? But nevermind. Truly you are in your own world in these games, and play almost as indie as your vintage duvet.

Do you regret not voting Zo out with me now? That really came back to haunt you, huh? :P

yeah new songs sound great! This week I taught myself "One way Jesus" by Hillsong Kids and we also did some Rend Collective in cell group. It was a blast.

Haha I felt the same seeing only you online. I was spoilt having you on Falder really to keep talking with. I think we were simply outmuscled by new tribes though, of which it was no fun to be chosen last for. I have no stake in a winner to this game so am glad I don't have to vote or care about the outcome. And if my ELO falls (if you're a new player the best advice I can give you is pretend ELOs aren't a thing at all because otherwise you will be driven crazy and have your life ruined) then I remind myself that I don't play for numbers anyways. In these games or outside of them.

Best advice. I need to remind myself of it when that time comes for me.

Wait this was your first game? I had no idea.

To be honest, I think Zoro thinks you betrayed him first in part with what you said about Froslass hating you because you attributed it to zoro telling you that, and in part because you were going after him. That's just what zoro was saying to me, and how it looked like to me. I know you gave me a sequence of events in a PM about what had happened and asked me to correct you if it was inaccurate. I did lie when I said it was. I can explain all this further if you want more information on that.

I'll say it again, but for a first game you were absolutely fantastic, Shup. You weren't helped by being on the bogey tribe at the start and things were very messy with 2 tribe swaps and tribe sizes of 7 (which are exhausting even for the best players)

Great game. Forget Lamp; he was carried by Braix and Char. There is no justice if you don't get a best newcomer award.

That's pretty much what happened, a specific person tried hard to make Zoroark distrust you because they really wanted you out. Trying to vote Zoroark out after she confronted you was a unique reaction.

and btw Shup, but I'm impressed you got on so well with Zo. She was very good at being closed and not easy to talk to early game. It was obvious she had experience but never cared for saying much that mattered. All I remember from our PMs was that we both liked horses and the 5th HP book the best.

Oh, I don't know if I'll play games frequently enough to care about my ELO. Like, it's fun, but it's very draining. Probably a once a year/once every two year thing for me. And I'm starting to get incredibly busy IRL, there was just this lengthy period where I had nothing that I shouldn't be getting used to. Though rankings I am more amused by than likely to take seriously.

Yeah, see, our entire dispute came based on misunderstandings. I was assuming he hated me even before I mistook Zoroark's comment - it wasn't even the confirmation that I thought I needed, I just was thinking it anyway. I didn't start going after him until he suggested voting Frogadier because I seriously thought I needed the Eon Link. And his idea about minimal drama was very correct - voting differently than him would've made the tribe explode even more. So it had to be him because I wasn't touching Frog. If I knew he had the idol then I could've told him to play it, got rid of Mawile, AND kept Zoroark on side by being able to safely vote with him on Frog. But I don't blame him for not telling me, he explained why in the Eon Link thread so I could see after I got knocked out.

And I knew you were lying seeing as I got voted out =P I mean, if it were accurate I would still be there and we'd be kicking butt. I suspect it'll all come out post game, but I'm assuming it was along the lines of "this guy is really unpredictable and wants me out now after a long term alliance" "Woah. Yeah. He's nuts."

If anyone is curious, Chandelure is just pretending to be new; this is Pikachu's first game though! Banette and Pikachu were the only first-time players and both were spectacular.

I put it down to wikibinging on Survivor in Spanish Classes so I ended up reading how the iconic players had played, and reading the postgame of NAH where I saw people giving advice to the new players who got stomped. That gave me an idea on the meta here of how to get close enough with other players that they want to do the funky tricks as seen on TV.

Zoroark and I got on instantly because we happened to mention four or five things in quick succession that we both completely loved and had a similar sense of humour. Within the first day we were allied, and commented on how we both thought waiting more than a day or two to ask for allies was probably asking for you to be behind the 8-ball. Though being new had the problem of "so how do you ask people to work with you?" because I knew you had to do social obligations first. Only then it felt like an RPG as other people asked and I was thinking "Level Up! New Partner Available!" or like the The Urbz: Sims in the City where game progressing dialogue options become available only if you reach a high enough friendship level with plot critical characters. I spent a bit of time on that analogy in my confessional.
