Will the Real Salt Lake please stand up?
:(

I tried to convince and guilt Montreal. I didn't get a solid no from them until 3 hours before deadline.

I'm so frustrated that this wasn't a final 3. This is the best game I've played in a long time and I really wanted this win.

I'm not sure where my vote is going. Montreal made a good move taking me out I guess, but if he wanted to get me out he really cut it close? Seattle has been my guy this whole game too and I feel like his game is getting overlooked.

I'll wait for opening speeches I guess.

:(

Would I have won?
Against Seattle/Montreal? Pretty much a guarantee imo.

I'm sad, how am I meant to ask you why me saying your name when there were no actual indications of people willing to work with me from the others on it means you go against wanting to keep me.

You vote out more people in trying to work with, and I'm still forced into trying to work with you.

I mean, I want to wait for the opening statements and see how they sell their own games but I don't think either Montreal or Seattle played terribly. It's an underwhelming FTC for sure.

With Seattle, he was super fucked after that one challenge and then he got his footing and was really protected and had a pretty clear path to the end. If anyone was going to vote against one of you/me/Seattle/Montreal, you or me was going to be the target. I don't think Seattle's name got mentioned once since the final 8.

I'm not totally sure what you mean here. You're talking about the final 7, right? I wanted to keep you initially because I thought you would be seen as more threatening than Columbus but Montreal was pushing really hard for you. I tried to push for Columbus but once I heard that you were pushing for me and with Montreal pushing for you, I didn't want to stick my neck out if you were just going to keep going after me.

I mean honestly Montreal was always going to need to be next to Seattle, so he was cutting it close no matter what. The same for Seattle honestly.

I don't think either of their games are being overlooked, they both pretty much seemed to be along for the ride rather than initiating plans. Montreal always seemed like he was making emotional decisions to me, while Seattle refused to talk strategy with me and refused to talk to me in general for a large part of the game and had a couple close shaves due to his horrible social game, at least during the time that I was around. Ultimately they both are still around because they were viewed as useless, beatable opponents and there were two of them so they could go together.

I personally like Seattle more than Montreal, but I'll vote for whichever one makes me feel less horrible about the winner that we're about to get. I just want them to show some strategic acumen rather than just being fixtures to a majority group that did all of the work for them, because that's honestly what it seems like right now. I think Seattle's game was more overtly awful, at least during the time that I was in the game, but if he shows an awareness of what he did to get here and that he made intentional choices I'd still go that way. I really hated Montreal's constant emotional appeals and un-strategic decisions though, so it really is a tough decision. I disagree with one being clearly superior, although it's been a while since I played with either of them and they may have done things after I was eliminated.

It would have been irrational for either of them to take you. :( This is the future we made for ourselves!

Looks like we're trying the one post of questions format! Maybe we should go in turns? I don't have any questions to start with so I was going to wait anyways.

I think staggering is probably a good idea so that we make sure that we can cover everything. I'm worried that I'm going to forget something that I really want to ask.

Just your last message to me, it was just offputting to my view of you when that was what I read when my torch was being snuffed.

I probably was possibly more socially threatening? idk, Columbus was definitely the challenge threat though.
I think in retrospect I actually apporached that tribalwrong, but probably because Montreal was immune. I figured i was dead then or F6 anyway since I no longer had an idol.

I don't know if any of us have real ideas of what we would like to see answered, best to see what comes out because hopefully they'll answer those thoughts in the opening speech.
