Tyrael is very sleepy and doesn't want to deal with TWELVE people right now I don't really understand why we have more people to talk to At least this tribe looks kind to me. Like, Lor'themar is the most sketch360? |

3. he knew his pursuer was coming; he heard the padding sound of feet on the soft earth, and the night breeze brought him the perfume of the general's cigarette. it seemed to rainsford that the general was coming with unusual swiftness; he was not feeling his way along, foot by foot. rainsford, crouching there, could not see the general, nor could he see the pit. he lived a year in a minute. then he felt an impulse to cry aloud with joy, for he heard the sharp crackle of the breaking branches as the cover of the pit gave way; he heard the sharp scream of pain as the pointed stakes found their mark. he leaped up from his place of concealment. then he cowered back. three feet from the pit a man was standing, with an electric torch in his hand. |

4. The thousand iniuries of Fortunato I had borne as I best could, but when he ventured upon insult I vowed revenge. You, who so well know the nature of my soul, will not suppose, however, that gave utterance to a threat. At length I would be avenged; this was a point definitely, settled --but the very definitiveness with which it was resolved precluded the idea of risk. I must not only punish but punish with impunity. A wrong is unredressed when retribution overtakes its redresser. It is equally unredressed when the avenger fails to make himself felt as such to him who has done the wroni.U don't think this is right, but this is the closest I can get to something sensible. |
