Feel free to post any predictions or boot orders or analyses on players before the game begins. I'll write mine up later, but might not get a chance to post until after game officially starts.

This is a hard game to predict, it's all going to come down to who is able to adapt to the PMless format. I hope it levels the playing field!

Prediction 1: if they allow it to become known, both Jimmy Johnson and Cydney will end up being targets for having played in Medevac I

Clarence - Early Merge
He's super excited about this game and is typically a solid player. I think he can easily excel in this game, because he will find a solid ally early on and plan around it. I think he'll probably fall into the role of being a second-in-command to the huge villain of this season. I'm afraid that he won't be mindful of stamina and overall numbers during the tribal phase and will be out on his luck early merge and find himself going out there.

Courtney - Mid Merge
While he might predict he'll be an early boot, I think his leadership skills will probably help a lot in the tribal phase. Everyone will look to him for guidance because no one will speak up, but Courtney will. I think at some point, the lack of PMs will frustrate him and he'll start making his alliance members a bit uneasy and they'll want to topple him before he gets too far.

Cydney - Swap Boot
One of the most exciting players to watch, I'm not sure he's going to be able to navigate this cast as well as he thinks he might. He's for sure a wildcard and I want him to go far. However, in a swap situation, if he's down in the numbers, he'll fall quickly, because he does attract quite a bit of attention. If he becomes quite flexible and willing to shift, I think he'll be a strong player that can make it to the end.

Eddie - Finalist
A super social player who can navigate group chats really well and can quickly gain favor with everyone. In a game like this, that will allow her to take advantage of everyone needing someone to follow. I think she will take control and ride a solid alliance to the end. The question is if she can manage the stamina well or not.

Frosti - Finalist
I think this is my risky pick. Normally, he's a player who can go either way. I think he's going to excel in the group chats and he's not going to seem like a threat. With this character choice, he's going to struggle - but it's also going to help him be a bit more subdued, which will allow him to use others to get to the end. If he can link with others and just be comfortable with a group - he's going to be fine. I think he's less prone to becoming paranoid without the PMs.

Jaclyn - Early Merge
I think he'll last longer than he thinks. This is going to be a format that will benefit him. If he can just be a number to specific power players, I think he will be a super strong player. I can see him taking down the popular people by creating a loyal following. Typically PMs are his downfall because his public persona is just very intense and the PMs don't help others understand him better. This is one that can fade and fall, or he can truly get to the end.

Jimmy - Early Boot
Last time he had a shrewdness that helped him align with the right people at the right time. He also managed relationships and stamina in just the right way. I think with so many intense OTT types, he's going to have a hard time finding stable ground, and in a swap, he would probably falter.

John - Late Merge
A very strong player who is coming with a strong strategy and can gather people like no other. However, I think being too social and snarky is going to be her downfall. Without PMs to explain away her personality, a single tribe member at unease with her can quickly spread the vote on her when she's not there to tamp things down.

Julia - Swap Boot
A newbie with a clear, distinct strategy. I think many are going to fall in love with her, and no one's going to want to get rid of her. The key is if she can make strong first impressions. If it takes a bit for her to warm up to others, she could easily be a swap boot if she's not in the numbers. But if she makes it to merge, I think she can be the dark horse of the competition

Katie - Early Merge
This is going to be a great player to follow. I don't know his style, but he's got gumption for sure. With Katie as a character choice, I think he can rock this out and be as direct as he wants to be. It's going to rub people the wrong way, but I think he's going to be a strong force to be reckoned with, and an early merge idol may take him out.

Kenny - Late Merge
A new player as well, and one that is going to show strong dedication and a strong love of the show. People are going to underestimate Kenny, but that's going to be what gets Kenny real far. This is going to be one of the strong newbies in the community and everyone's going to know the name.

Papa Bear - Early Boot
A new player, and perhaps a bit too cautious. I don't think Papa Bear is going to make strong waves, but is also going to be the type that the tribe will take out by consensus, even though everyone might like him. But then again, that's what I thought grumpy might be like and we all know how JT went.

Penner - Late Merge
A strong player who only has one underneath his belt, and I think this is a strong character choice that can help him get far. He's naturally charismatic and will get people to vote his way. This is going to be a player to beat.

Russell - Early Boot
I'm not sure Russell's going to take advantage of this format, but if he does, then he's going far. It all really depends on how far into this he goes.

Sean - Mid Merge
Great character choice, and I think everyone's going to see him as harmless, but he's truly a force to be reckoned with. No PMs is going to help him greatly, and if he just manages to keep people within arm's reach, he can silently create the numbers he needs to succeed. But if there's too much flip-flopping, he might fall out of numbers.

Sierra - Early Boot
Unsure if Sierra's going to sit back and watch others fail or take the reigns in this one. Sierra wants to be aggressive, but I'm also not sure how he'll react with this cast. This is one very active cast, and if Sierra can't make a great first impression, he'll fall on the wrong side of the numbers.

Stephanie - Swap Boot
Stephanie is going to be a great choice, a great character, and a great player. I just worry that he's going to be too much of a character that the players are not going to want to work with him. However, if he's on his heels and he's not on the defensive, I think people will want to work with him at merge to get to the end. I just worry he's not going to start out with the numbers right away though.

Sundra - Late Merge
A newbie, but this one has a great sense of the game. I think everyone's going to underestimate him and he'll be able to fly through the cracks until people realize he's one of the strongest threats.

T-Bird - Early Boot
IKR. How can this be an early boot? Well, I think he does best when under pressure and when he can really get inside peoples' heads. Public chats might be a bit of a struggle, especially with this character. He's got the pedigree, but I'm not sure this game will play to his strengths.

Tasha - Early Merge
Tasha is a great choice for this player. Resilient and strong, but I think if the player can get into Tasha's self-confidence, he can really take it far and he deserves it. But if he finds himself doubting himself, he could fall in the merge. But I think Tasha is a player that finds the right attack at the right time, and I can see him playing this out just right.
