Okay so tonight I started a Sodia platformer game.

This will be the topic where I keep all of my crap for the game.

Agenda:

Begin working on enemy sprites
Begin working on platform sprites
Begin working on animating the Sodia sprite in the iPhone SDK.
Begin working on designing a shooting capability
Work on scoring the levels.

Please be supportive as this is my first game!

I know this is a work in progress, but the controls are just....

I think you know what I mean.
try doing a more classic version of the controls.
if you've ever looked at the left side of the remote ( AKA the d-pad ) then you should try incorporating that into your iPhone game.

Also, this looks pretty neat, as elecrai already said

But yeah, don't forget about this. this might actually turn out to be a pretty cool game.

I would suggest holding off until you get better at spriting, as right now, the graphics would clash with everything else and make the game less enjoyable.

And actually post your work so we can C+C (Comment and Critique fyi). Don't forget to check out some things in THIS THREAD, THIS THREAD, THIS PAGE, AND THIS POST.

Alright guys, i know Muffin said I need to work on getting better at spriting, but I am going more for development here. I am restarting this application. New updates coming soon.

I am willing to accept some sprites, because that would be very useful!
