SD-
work on that mixing bro, don't let anything drown anything else like that synth is doing throughout the entire song.
there's no range in the song and it's very repetitive, making it kind of boring to listen to.
also all of your tracks are clean! where's the fx when you need them?
you don't sound like you're modulating anything at all actually, which is fine, but kind of boring imo :v
love that panning pulse at .58.
do you have a bass? if so i can't hear it
i would definitely add some ambiance to this, change up the percussion (it doesn't seem particularly fitting to the song) and re-do some parts of it to make it less repetitive. change up the chord structure for sure (because there's only one progression going on in this song)

ALBUM PREVIEW
you cut off the first one right when it got good :[
those melodic synths in the second song in the preview aren't in the right key at alllll
third one sounds good
fourth one too
#5 is really empty
that percussion doesn't match anything in #6

but yeah dude, you're getting better!

Sunny Days:
House music without a tuneable bass part? You need bass! Anyways, I see you're trying to drop off the other instruments and play that one chord progression solo and restart from the climax, but really, at this point of time, the song doesn't have enough balls to get that effect right. You really need to make the song more in-your-face by adding an explosive and catchy bass riff, and some powerful synths that take up both ears. This'll give your 'drop off' a really great effect.
Also, the riff's good, but you seem to be spamming it a bit, try and do something else after a while, don't milk it.

Album Preview:
The first one is pretty good but neglects a tuneable bass instrument.
The second snippet is really off-key and makes my ears cry due to that fact.
The third one is alright.
The fourth one is pretty cool.
The fifth one is pretty snazzy, I can imagine it building up to great action.
The sixth one's got some odd drums! It sounds really unfitting.

EDIT: Just realised my critique for the second song was virtually the same as MK's, haha.

Added a new track to first post.
The opening melody is supposed to fade behind the other layers.

The generic synth strings that kick in around 0.17 are kinda distractingly loud!
I know I'm not the first choice for heroics...and y'all've tried to kill me more than once. And, I don't fancy a single one of you at all. But... Actually, all that sounds pretty convincing. I wonder if Danger Mouse is on.

don't really like the percussion at the beginning, it's a tad bit FAR TOO LOUD.
you should've progressed into some sort of verse with a nice big trance bass and lots of pad before you ended it.
(watch this vid, it's good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVQ8c19unnM )

Yeah it was something I added in just on a whim.
I don't want a big trance bass and lots of pads. It is an elegant, simplistic piece.

That was alright. It was pretty repetive and boring, though.

jb, have you ever been to a band camp, or some sort of band clinic? if you do, or have, pay a LOT of attention to what the conductors are saying and you'll learn quite a bit about music, especially in terms of dynamics and tone (both of which you seem to have only the faintest control of).

Yeah, I have been to a few. I am setting up my lineup of honor bands and composing clinics for the 2012-2013 school year and I am going also go to some mixing courses at Guitar Center.
