So for a class in school, we were assigned a project of taking apart and reassembling a computer. My teacher also allowed people to buy parts and make our own. So I did just that. 430W power supply? what are you, trying to run a toaster? oh, and you may want to overclock that little CPU you got there. You'll then see what it's truly capable of. Also, for the case, I don't suggest a corsair. Either a coolermaster or a Thermaltake. otherwise, p.good components you got there in the future you can add a ripped graphics card and play some pretty sweet games, that RAM will definatley help. (Also, may want a SSD for faster booting and loading. Just saying.) |

i considered an SSD, but I wanted more storage space over speed. I don't need anything more than 430w for my components, so why spend the money on something larger? Also, I have had good experiences with Corsair. I am a bit of a fan. |

Macbook Airs run on 500w minimum, and they don't even have their own hard drive. Are you sure that's enough wattage..? |

I paid for this. I researched for the power amounts. It is plenty for the hardware I am running. |

have fun bottlenecking your CPU, and getting massive slow-downs. and if you plan to run any shit on there that's more demanding than at least powerpoint expect a dramatic decrease in CPU performance. if you were ever to make this computer GOOD, get a better wattage and overclock your CPU. |
