Thoughts.

This is Not a Dream-- OK, this is more a problem with the idea of this project as a whole than the song itself... the religious symbolism (the sermon sampled here, the guy walking away from a disintegrating cross on the album art) is completely at odds with the PARTY HARD PARTY HARD stuff.

It's not like these two things are completely at odds, necessarily... I mean, you could go for a "party like it's 1999" type feel, or write a rock opera about a young homosexual who hangs up his rosary to become a raver. But right now it looks like you've just decided to use the eschatonic imagery because it looks cool rather for any significant purpose.

Also, the mellow chord progression towards the beginning goes on too long. Otherwise it's alright.

No Regrets-- the synth tones are nice here. I feel the buildup a little under three minutes in doesn't lead up to anything big enough, though.

New Beginnings-- What the farksnarkle is going on here?

In a good way, I mean. The bubbly tone and reggae feel is totally at odds with the dubstep. But it's fun!! I do like this song, intellectually at least.

Fury from Within: Around 2:20 the synth melody sounds dissonant as hell. The title is a total misnomer, too. The song's way too chill. I think you need to work on giving your songs less generic titles.

Excite!: This is the point where I start wondering if you've exhausted all the cool musical ideas you have. The reggae guitar (!!!) clashes horribly whenever it comes in, and at 1:20 you have that standard snare roll that starts out as every quarter note, then every eighth note, then every sixteenth note, etc., etc.

Landing: This song exists I guess.

Grime: This is actually a song I would listen to repeatedly, if just for that one synth riff at the beginning. 'tis a good groove, in my opinion. If you had to improve it, I'd start by getting rid of the piano part playing that riff-- it makes the piano sound synthesized. (Which it is, obviously, but you want to make it sound like it isn't!) Possibly improvise with the piano and overlay in atop the synth instead?? I think that would sound nicer.

Boom Headshot: These are literally the most atrocious samples I've ever heard in my life. "SO SEX-EH!!"??? Seriously??????

Ignition: The piano stuff sounds beautiful while it's at the forefront, but not when the dubsteppy parts are there.

Race for Survival: Some decent musical ideas here. Really really don't think this song deserves to fade out a little after a minute in.

Mousetrap: I really don't remember anything about this song.

The Procession: I like the grimy synth parts! And I (to a lesser extent) like the orchestra parts. But they don't really sync up well with each other.

Mind you, this isn't exactly my sort of music to begin with-- but there was effort put into this. If there's one thing I'd recommend it's looking into drum fills (because the one lead-in on this album drumwise gets old fast).
I know I'm not the first choice for heroics...and y'all've tried to kill me more than once. And, I don't fancy a single one of you at all. But... Actually, all that sounds pretty convincing. I wonder if Danger Mouse is on.

Ah thank you for the great critique!
On the topic of the art, it does have a symbolic meaning. In the Bible, it is explained that in the "Final Days" people will turn away from Jesus and God and not discuss him at all. God will be completely forgotten.

Because of this "This is Not a Dream" is the title track because it is a song set in the post-Rapture where people have a final chance because "Think of when God himself puts His arms around you and says welcome home"

All of the songs on the album have a Biblical background to them. But it can be listened completely from the secular stand point. Not trying to make any radical statements about my beliefs here. It is just how I wrote the album.
