Crown Princess Asuka Pregnant
Posted Image

Today the Palace announced that Crown Princess Asuka is pregnant. The announcement came after her recent disappearance from public events. Her husband, Crown Prince Yokota, made the announcement himself before heading off for his daily duties. Speculation had been around for a while however now that it is known publicly it is expected that the Crown Princess will relax her duties. Her husband said that she would no longer be required to do the minimum of 5 state visits per week and will instead do only 1 or 2 to make sure the pregnancy goes as smoothly as possible. A doctor has also been hired by the Palace to be near her at all times to ensure the safety of her and the baby.

Nishibara Prepares for Winter
Posted Image

Residents on the northern most island of Nishibara are preparing for winter. The island is notorious for it's freezing winter temperatures and mild summers. The government is sending food to be stored in special vaults built to store food for the winter and the local Government has begun to get ready for any emergencies. The military base on the island is also preparing with 5,000 troops to be placed there over the winter. The snow also makes for beautiful pictures with many flocking to look at the scenic view of Mt. Vibaru.
