Ten years ago on the 25th September the people, who had settled our homeland 500 years earlier and attempted to slaughter the Maori people, were driven off. On the 25th September 2005 the armies of the Commonwealth of the Unified Iwi stood on the shores of our homeland and watched as the cruel occupiers left. Over the last ten years we have consolidated our nation into one of harmony, peace and equality. While the Maori culture is numerically dominant we are proud to be tolerant of all. We however can not and will not forget the sacrifices of the many men, women and children who sacrificed their lives since 1808 to free us.

To mark the tenth Anniversary of our freedom from tyranny I would like to invite the world to Hunters Bay where we will be opening our Kotahi Iwi House, a memorial centre, archive and educational centre, its purpose to spread the messages we can learn from our occupation and hopefully ensure that genocides such as that faced by the Iwi never happen again. Furthermore we will be unveiling a monument to those who died commemorating their struggle.

It is my hopes you will join us to commemorate this occasion and send a message to the world that genocide, intolerance and racism have no place in the modern world.

To His Majesty King Piripi

I must congratulate your nation on winning its victory and also send my commisorations for those losses gaining the victory took. We would be greatly honoured to attend your ceremony and pay our respects. Furthermore we would be delighted to meet with yourself as part of our policy of looking to expand our foreign relations. I sadly can not attend in person due to my wife being injured, however I shall send my son Prince Heydar, his wife Princess Chyrssa and my daughter Princess Thekla. I am sure they will enjoy visiting your nation.

Best Hopes

The Isle of Hospitallaria knows only to well the horrors of persecution, only narrowly surviving several attempts at terminating our way of life. I therefore would be delighted to meet and commemorate the people of another nation who have achieved their freedom the hard way. I will be glad to attend this event in person and hope that the shared tragic past of our nations can lead to a bright future for all people.

Gods Blessings Upon You
