A whole slew of events....

Well, I've got a whole slew of things to blog about, some of them sort of old, some of them quite recent.
First off, I finally got my driver's license yesterday, and although I haven't gotten to drive alone yet, I'm still quite excited that I finally can do so. I've been waiting for over a year now, but we finally got the time to go and take the test (although I have a feeling that my parents just wanted to make sure I was totally ready for it). The test wasn't bad, I don't know why I was so nervous about it, I passed with ease.
Also, I finally got xbox live last week (I know SOME people aren't too happy about that, but I won't mention them, they know who they are :P). I bought Halo 3, and have been enjoying it, both singleplayer and mulitplayer. Xbox Live is fun, and still has that "new car smell" to it, although I don't get to play too often.
Also, I was named a Global Moderator here at wonderful TESFU, and I am very gracious and happy that I have received the title. I have secretly wanted to become a mod here since I joined about 6-7 months ago. When I received the PM asking if I wanted to become one overwhelmed me and I was so pumped about it it's not even funny (just ask Lettuce :P).
I also have some bad news for this blog, something I haven't wanted to see happen, but it's going to most likely, and soon. See, at home I have satellite internet, which I cannot play online with. One of my friends who lives within wireless range of me gave me the password to his network so that I could play online. I have been gracious of this, but now he says that he is most likely moving across to the other side of the neighborhood. This saddens me, and I'm feeling guilty and greedy for that. I should be happy for my friend to be moving into a bigger house, but I still wish he wasn't so that I could use his internet.... Now I must come up with a way to get my parents to get better internet, be it the fact that I help pay when I finally get a job or something....
