Yes skeli, this mod is huge .. and all packed onto one supposedly unknown town on a previously deserted peninsula near Pelasiad.

It is intended to have a lot of humor and irony to it; so the inhabitants - our member NPCs - have effectively published an underground newspaper, The Union, that circulates around the Empire. They have freedom of thought and radical new ideas. So people from all over the empire who read this newspaper or some of the members fanfiction books, start flocking to Neacrythe.

Part of the funniness is that most everyone in town used to do something else to afford to stay on - like warriors are dishwashers, hunters are maitre-de's, enforcers are waiters, thiefs are busboys e.g..

The alphatest release is just going to deal mainly with the town citizens dealing with new peope filling their town, where to put them, etc. The PC will be among them. There will be some quests that are finished and ready to be incorporated but the main quest will not be present.

This looks cool, but I have only one gripe: Its for Morrowind :(

Ah well, good luck anyways, and hey, once you're done, you could try intergrating it into one of the Oblivion/Morrowind crossover mods.

Edit: I just realised; that Blithering Idiot looks like Patrick Stewart!

Yes, I am a biscuit. Who is eternally burnt. And who drinks blood.

So?

Sorry Reds to be missing for so long - extreme depression over missing out on a receptionist job at Electronic Arts Tiburon here in Maitland/Altamonte Springs threw me into more of a tizzy than it should have I guess. But given the bare bones job market and then missing a Nirvana job like that just super bummed me. Sorry guys - but I'm glad to be back.

Thanks for the interest in the Neacrythe mod BurntBiscuits. Blithering Idiot looks and talks like Patrick Stewart and is actually the NPC of the real life leader of Gamersroam.com. I agree that possibly Neacrythe could be later integrated into Oblivion, since we are playing and modding that game now. I want to learn Blender for Oblivion.

I also loved Dr. Dume's idea of the first settlers ship having come in through a time-warp worm hole in a storm from Cyrodiil - maybe Anvil - and winding up at the bottom of our Neacrythe Bay in Morrowind.
