Ace, we're the most active TES site out there (with the exception of BGSF, obviously).
Third. You forgot TES Nexus. However, considering our size at under 600 members, we are doing very well. I mean, both BGSF and TES Nexus have enough members to form a small country. :P

Per capita, though, we're the best.
TESFU: 91.2 posts per 1 member
BGSF: 6.03 posts per 1 member
TES Nexus: 0.98 posts per 1 member
Oh yeah, the difference is huge.

Is that pre-apocalypse, post-apocalypse, or both together?

Dammit, Vanir...... I had an awesome daydream of me and Anne Hathaway on a private island. And then in the daydream you came in and murdered her, then asking for my hand in marriage.

Actually I think it's both because we didn't lose post counts from the Apocalypse.

We didn't? Hold on...
*Math Time :D *
Yeah, taking the total forum post count and subtracting all the sub-forum posts results in a discrepancy of 10,829 posts. So then, yeah, it's both.

Aceball, chill yoself.

This isn't a big deal right, now, there are only so many photo competitions or role-playing competitions one can do without being bored. I actually just suggested a book review competition in site enhancements, but I see the site, I see that we're still alive, and that makes me happy. Oblivion came out more than 3 years ago correct? And we were around 2 and a half years ago correct? And since then, almost NOTHING has happened in the TES world besides mods. I'm just glad TESFU is still alive, and hopefully still will be when TES V is announced, so we can get back to where we once were.

Oh we will be. We've got a great group of people who have already stuck around for this long. Don't see why we'd just die out.

Well, I'd like to make a proposition. If you guys can round up a few more active members aside from this base, I will try and come back for good when TES V is announced. That could be 2 years from now, but I'll be willing to do it. I want TES V to have major coverage at these TESFU, and we should play a part in it.

you even have been recruiting, which i doubt, it would blow me away if that person lingered more than a few days. im sure they would be boggled at some of the [censored] some of you say.

They've recruited me, and I'm not taking a personal stab at you, Aceball, but I love these forums. Best I've been on. The problem with crowded forums is you get these no-brain knuckleheads who all speak like they're texting and have no sense of intellect whatsoever. At least on TESFU, you can chat with intelligent people who actually have ideals and views and an opinion. Sure, we argue sometimes, but at least it's an interesting debate and not senseless bickering. Everyone attacks the argument, not the person.

EDIT - As per Hendrix's proposition, why don't we try and get some people from Chorrol.com over? That forum's half-dead, but there's still a good amount of wanderers round there. And also, what happened to Widdershins Reds? I'm sure he'd like this forum.

Yeah, I love TESFU's size. I mean, another 10-20 active members would certainly be nice, but I really don't want all those idiots that come in droves on the big forums.

Maybe a seperate thread then?

Anyways competitions are nice but monthly are overkill in my opinion.

Thank you very much for the vote of confidence. Having you back permanently would be a very cool thing. I'll start recruiting, telling members about our home, etc, etc.

As for covering TESV here, I'm already on it. Any news is always immediately posted here, whether from myself or someone else. I used to be a journalist, so I enjoy lurking around the internet looking for information. :P

Good to still see you here and active as always reds!

Yeah, I just thought perhaps when TES V is announced there should be sufficient, blowout coverage of basically all facets of it. For example, we could cover the regular take of what it would mean for gaming purposes, but we could also cover the role-playing and lore sides of it, and even what it would mean for modders as well.
