Scamp Posts: 80 Group: Member Member #480 Joined: December 14, 2008	Hey guys, since there isn't an art section yet I figured this would fit best here. This is a little teaser, my first draft to the first page of the initial "promo" comic, to my larger series. So it will be somewhat unrelated to what comes after it. Any how, I have a full storyboard set up for this one, and this is what I got so far. I will post them here as them come and as I finish them. Eventually I want to color them as well, but I will wait to decide that after they are all completed in B&W. Also, for my larger series, I have at least 8 plots, which will probably translate into 8 full length comics, already down. So it is going to be quite lengthy and come out over quite some time, it might take me a whole year to get it all out. But then that all depends on how this first one goes, as this is where I am experimenting and seeing how it goes and how it is received. I also have several non-related TES story-plots for additional comics that don't fit into the series. Comments are welcome, as are suggestions. Please let me know what you think. So it's my understand that there will hardly be any text at all, correct? If so, that's not really that bad of a thing. They say a picture is worth a thousand words after all. This comic is more just action, while for my series it will be a combination of action/mystery/crime-solving/adventure. Right now, it involves two War Ordinators, and their various missions for the Temple and their Order all over mainland Morrowind and Vvardenfell, and even some into Argonia.

Scamp Posts: 80 Group: Member Member #480 Joined: December 14, 2008	Well not sequential art, I'm majoring in Illustration & Design, and so far I haven't had any classes really in this area, and I think the closest I will have to doing stuff like this will be storyboarding classes, which I also haven't had yet. But there are illustration things and just general art knowledge that I can use while doing these, so somewhat yes.

And just for clarification Reds, a graphic novel is essentially a long comic book. Think of a TV miniseries versus a regular half-hour show. Has nothing to do with amount of dialogue or anything like that.

Based on the time it took, I think I can probably do at least a page a day, possibly more depending on how much time i have, so I am hoping that if I focus on it, I should have this comic done in a couple of weeks. It should go smoothly as I have everything already fairly well planned out, it is just about making time to work on them. I don't want to neglect the requests I've promised to do either, but I think I can get to them all well enough. Edit: Yea it's going to be fun watching you guys guess what is going on, but I think you guys will like the little story here once it is done.
