This will encompass an entire spectrum of people, which includes the jerks of the world and those who are only jerks on the Internet because they can be. I would mention the chances of an individual person being a clinical psycopath, but, to be honest, a psycopath would probably be more intelligent than your average Internet troll, due to their innate, cold rationality. Long story short: The more people you have, the more bad people you'll get.
