The New Destroyer was born, and retreated from the land of Thraksheir, vowing to never trouble the land with his presence. Under the wise and just rule of Queen Arielle Brightsong, Telvirion city was rebuilt from the ashes and the kingdo,, was reconstructed. She soothed the rumbling tensions between Humanity and the Elves, opened dialogues with the more distant lands and bound the creaking parts of the Empire back together. But now things have changed. War looms on the horizon. Ten Millenia ago, the D'ilyth had come, the legendary warriors who fought the creatures that called themselves the Lich. After a momentous battle, the D'ilyth were defeated by the Lich, and in their attempt to escape they activated a device more powerful and more terrible than could be imagined. Whether it worked or not is still a mystery, but if it did the explosion created was enough to send a large chunk of Thraksheir's land under the water, turning the once massive supercontinent into a scattering of islands. And now it has returned. Now war seems inevitable. In the North, the former Skallgar gather for the massive battle that shall surely be waged over the new landmass. Far to the south, in the desert lands, the Priest-Kings ready their armies, both living and dead, and in the East the warriors of the Beisahn gather under the banner of the warlord Angras Khan. The High Elves plan to make a grab at power that they would not have dared to make before, planning to seize this new land for their own. Desperate negotiations are taking place, an attempt to halt an otherwise inevitable war that is approaching. Diplomats are despatched to palaces, clan huts and feasting halls in the hope that war can be averted, that a solution will be found that can calm the restless, growling beast that is war. But the red horseman is riding. Whether or not he can be stopped is up to you. Right, that's the premise. What I was thinking was that we RP as a diplomatic envoy to one of these factions, and trying to the stop the coming war. If you want to do a combat oriented character then the diplomats will need a bodyguard. I'll get a character sheet up soon if anybody's interested. Let's roll!

Name: Race: Age: Appearance: Personality: Equipment (same sort of things as Rise of Evil, but also including crude matchlock pistols/muskets-powerful, but slow to reload, not very accurate and prone to blowing up in your face): Skills: History: There's the character sheet. Same old rules-don't god mode, don't character control, no explicit sex. You know the drill. PM it to me before you post it up, please.

Equipment :2 holsters hold matchlock pistols and a simple wooden staff is slung along his back. Skills:Good with guns, Many of the magic classes History: J'ussyuth was born in Orcania, he and his parents fled when the Orc found them. They fled to The Telvirion city, where J'ussyuth could get an Education. 10 years later. J'ussyuths parents were killed by a Telvak going berserk. J'ussyuth hates all Telvak because of this. J'ussyuth studied at the palace for 25 years, learning all of his skills that he uses to this day. He has lived long enought to meet the king before this one and see the crowning of the new king. But that was a long time ago, after the war with Maccryne and the arrival of the New Destroyer. J'ussyuth returned to Thraksheir as a hero, but he did not feel that way. J'ussyuth could not shake the feeling that this was not over. He recieved a promotion by queen Arielle but he could not take it. After the peace talks with the High Elves. J'ussyuth left the queens side, returning to the life of an adventurer. 3 years after this. J'ussyuth was walking through teh Driscoll forest when he was attacked by Skallgar, he fought them off with Magic and his trusty pistols. upon the death of the assailants, a little child ran at J'ussyuth with a dagger. J'ussyuth pulled out his gun and shot him. J'ussyuth is afraid of himself because he did not feel a thing. He feel into a pit of despair and became a filthy drunk and that is how it has been for over a century.
