Aside from liches, they are the second most intelligent form of undead. Oh these vampires are intelligent, but the way they move is sorta like the zombies in L4D and you can make some face comparisons (especially to the witch). Oh, I thought you comparing them to Left 4 Dead implied that they were more like animals. Nevermind then. @ Baba: But there's an achievement you can get for killing a witch in one hit!

Before you say anything, it's not illegal. There's a reason why it's called Public Domain Torrents. The movies they have are no longer copyrighted, so downloading them for free is perfectly fine. Have fun! Also: Don't be a dick; seed generously.
