O.K., I only have a couple dozen mods, but this is one that I find really useful, especially early on! Smelting plus It's purpose is to let you smelt almost anything down to it's base ingredients. Need more iron ingots to make weapons or armor? Grab a few cooking pots and melt them down! ;) It does have 2 downsides though. First, I think right now, it's only available on STEAM. Second, while it won't let you melt down an equipped item, any spare items in your inventory are fair game! I accidentally smelted down my Legendary Ebony bow one time, because I had my crossbow equipped at the moment! :bang: If you decide to try it, just like when you are selling items, double check what you are about to click on! |

hmm Immersive Jewelry allow's one to do that also, maybe not the pots, but the armor and arm's. The only downfall is weight, it changes the weight of everything, which I happen to like, but not everyone would. Specially if you are a smithing spammer, 22 lbs for Silver bullion . But the up side is that jewelry can be much more expensive and sell's for more, so improve smithing faster. Without a follower and maybe a potion or item to reduce weight, you can't clear all the gold out of Thank you Sere .... I was to lazy to look it up... Edited by Areial, Aug 8 2017, 09:36 PM.

Ouch! That definitely wouldn't work for me! One of the first things I do, is hightail it up north to get the Steed Stone, and then I pump every other skill point into endurance so I can carry stuff! |

It's not for everyone.. pluses and minuses... Ah but here's the thing... you can make a great deal of money off of less.. raise your smithing with less time at the forge.. just have to deal with the higher weights.. unless your a.. have to grab everything that isn't tied down kinda person. |

Since I've never played Fallout, that's unlikely. ^o) I just have a really crappy memory for names and terms! :ugh: Or is that not what you're getting at? |

The only problem with that, is I never perk speech, so the merchants are limited in gold. As I'm experimenting more with modding, I recently added this one. Spend Dragon Souls for Perks Now that I can have extra perk points, I'll probably start perking out some of the other trees. Oh, and I'm looting cooking pots, what do you think?!?!? :lmao: Edited by Volstag, Aug 8 2017, 09:55 PM.

Deadly Dragons does that also and I use it with SkyPE which allows for a character that is much more concentrated. Unless the character is Dragonborn, I also use You are not Dragonborn Now because their is not soul absorption animation.. ie you don't get souls.. I console command them in.. OH.. but that one means no Word Walls either. |

Yep, yep. Skyrim Stamina = more carry weight Fallout Strength = more carry weight Skyrim Health = more hit points Fallout Endurance = more hit points I blame Beth as they're the ones not being consistent, :teehee: |

I suppose that they think there's no reason to name things the same when the games are set in - um.... worlds apart. Not only in time.... but in genre. Or maybe it's just that - the devs have no.... brains. Sure they get code - but that's not.... smarts. |

OK, so I downloaded this follower Farys last night.. he followed through a couple quests... and I think he will be one of my favorite followers.. While he as a unique voice.. he does NOT chatter.. He has some really unique dialogue, when you talk to him. He does say many of the vanilla lines and has made a few comment's here and there otherwise.. but no chatter. The only issues I had and both are noted... is it took me forever to figure out how to get rid of the mask ( AFT and EEF will not work you have to get it out of the NPC hidden inventory).. You can manage his gear, but you will lose the armor he is wearing and can only get that out of his hidden inventory. And his swords are invisible.. those I took and gave him different one. Missives Is like MannyGT's Notice Boards.. except that the job's can be more localized, ie you don't have to leave the hold you are in. The MA says you an use them both at the same time. Their are three levels to the quests and it says lvl 2 and 3 can take you out of that hold.. but you can choose not to if your RP says you shouldn't... ie no horse so can't get the timed ones done quick enough. |

That would be excellent for someone trying to be Thane. I wonder if the quests count towards that... |

It doesn't say... I plan on adding it to this play through.. Kyrie has no written story, but I will be posting pictures and some video, when I get her to her "goal" which is a Mod'd quest. I'll let you know. |

Thanks! Skyrim has been calling to me the last few days. I haven't touched it since I briefly started Khalor's story when the last competition ended, because it was feeling stale. Fallout and Oblivion has been filling the void, but lately I've been yearning to try my hand at a long playthrough again. |

Kane one of the things that really helps is changing up the "look", plant over haul, or something like adding Athmoors town mods ...ETaC, JK's towns... then doing a play through that centers around a quest mod. Which is what I am doing with Kyrie.. She's doing Companions to get to a decent level, which the quest MA suggests. I want the Missives mod to help keep things fresh. |

I have been thinking about trying out The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal. I dearly want to visit Hammerfell, and it might give me the push I need to start up Cain. |
