I have the original release, the GotY edition, the 5th Anniversary, two Collector´s Editions (PC and 360) and finally I have the Anthology copy.

So that´s six copies of Oblivion in total, one of which I can´t use since I don´t have an Xbox 360! By golly, have I poured moneyz into Beth´s pockets :P

So how many copies do you have of Oblivion, and which editions?

Eh, only the one for me, for my 360, but I'll likely get a copy for the pc at some point.

Three for me...the ps3 goty edition back in about 2007...then two more for our x360s about 2013...which didn't get used cos..y'know...Skyrim.

It took me a couple of months to take to Skyrim after Oblivion. The Sharp gritty graphics and grey tones were a shock after Ob, but once aclimatised I couldn't go back!

Yep! And I've only managed about 20 hours, so far. Last time I played, I was just meandering around Cyrodiil, checking out the sights.

I think I was heading south, to find a home. (Some kind of lodge?)

Oh, yeah. The lodge. It´s a nice place but you might not be alone there...

2... 1 for the 360 ( I no longer have...) and the PC Anthology, I have yet to download it.

You don´t need to download Oblivion if you have the Anthology, only the minor DLCs if you want them :)

<snort> to be more precise... the disc has not entered the PC. I will eventually get around to getting a character set up that I want...but for now, I'm happy in Skyrim.

An orc, I think? I looked up player homes on UESP, and it seemed the most feasible to get, early game.

A good tip, in fact a very good tip, would be not to look up things in the wiki beforehand. Most joy will be had if you simply discover things for yourself :)

'Tis all I looked for! Everything else I am figuring out the fun way. :)

That shouldn't be a problem! I tend to not bother with food (in Skyrim, anyway. Except garlic bread and stews).

I almost envy you for experiencing Oblivion for the first time, Kane. It was such a long time ago for me now and I have so many fond memories of it :)

I feel that way about Skyrim. I'm hoping the remaster (and hopefully a PC) will be like finding it all over again.

I only have two. :T

The GOTY 360 copy that got me into TES in general and a PC copy through Steam. I'm fond of my 360 copy even though I never play it anymore. Too bad I lost the game box and the DLC disc. They gotta be around somewhere.

I got the DLC disc some time ago and I´m very glad I have it. Oh, but I don´t play any of the DLCs, in fact the disc is still shrink wrapped.

I just want it for my collection :P

More or less your 1st "full" play though on PC will be like a new game...sorta. The minimal mod's can add a great deal of content that makes it feel new...

I know we have that whole thread...but this applies to the quoted, i'm putting it in spoiler though.. Here's a list of the minimal mods that I think can change...the game's perspective and why.
Spoiler: click to toggle
