Yeah, my house was never finished either. While I was working on it, other modders were creating things as well, so... I thought I was just about finished when "Necessities of Morrowind" was released, and suddenly I had to rebuild the kitchen and pantry. Then as long as I was doing that, I needed a showcase for my weapons and armors, so a new room with mannequins and cases was required. Then I thought How cool would it be to have an indoors swimming pool so I made one... then Abot released his waterlife mod, and I thought I'd like to have fish in the pool... and then I kept having this whale spawn inside the pool, but there just wasn't room for him. Hmmm.... Well, guess I'll build an indoor archery range, a training room, and... and... and... You get the picture, I'm sure. :) EDIT: One thing that bothered me, and now bothers me even more since it hasn't really changed, is this. You go to the effort to build a really nice manor like Lakeside (Lakeview? Eh, whatever.) Anyway, you have your fancy special weapons and armor on display, you have your Great Hall (though it's a little tiny actually) to have feasts ans such in, but... Nobody is ever gonna see any of it except for your companions. Ever try to throw a party and invite a few guests from town? Good luck with that, eh... Edited by neildarkstar, Nov 26 2016, 11:26 AM.

Well...if you're in mod mode Neil.....just spawn the Honningbrew Merry Revellers and Sanguine inside Lakeview..... what you really want is a spell effect that you cast on an npc...which makes them walk there and spawn inside....full house in no time! |

It would be a party indeed, but... both Sanguine and the revelers are heavily scripted, and just spawning them here and there potentially could be a game breaker. I once threw a "Royal Ball" in Morrowind. Well, it was actually a total conversion I made, but there was a castle, with a ballroom, live musician, professional dancers for entertainment, food on banquet tables and a crowd of NPCs named and otherwise. It took weeks to get it to work, and a lot of dialogue. The problem with doing dialogue in Skyrim is that it's voiced, eh? |

The vanilla version of that and Better Dialog controls has been working in my SSE game since day 1. Was the first mods I tried lol. |

I never thought to try them - because they weren't supposed to work if you didn't have CK to mess with them. Oh well.... I still don't have CK. Eventually.... |

If you read the comments, the SSE version is just a reupload. These two mods are just scaleform flash files. Edited by Sakiri, Nov 26 2016, 08:49 PM.

Aye it's just used for the UI. It's why SkyUI 2.2 works. Gods, I wonder if SkyUI 5.1 would go out of the box if SKSE gets finished. MCM might not because of changes to UI hooks but I don't even use most of those things. I just want a functional UI. Btw Silverlock has preliminary SKSE64 working but theres a lot of work to do. :/ |

There's unfortunately no other viable option for me. I'm surprised no one has adapted SkyUI 2.2 to include the crafting and magic and icons that suck less. |

I did fix Skyrim Unbound to work in SSE. Just followed the instructions - though I didn't bother to rezip it 'cause I'm just installing manually instead of with NMM. I archived all the saves made with LAL, removed LAL, added Skyrim Unbound, and started remaking girls. Works just fine - popup menus for most choices. You can't select which city you start in, or which town, but that's okay. |
