A Map Mod for SSE Saw this mod today, tracked and will try it out. I really like the look of the flat "drawn" map. Reminds me of the map drawings in Tolkiens books. |

Yah, I'm not going with the paper one to start. Sounds like there's map marker issues and the stone road one looks quite good in the pics. |

Still learning the Beth.net ropes. Just found out that if I have a mod that is not loaded, but gets an update the darn thing gets auto enabled. Which means I have to be sure to go into my load order and manually disable it. What a PITA! stupid helpful software set up. :smash: |

Eh.... I'm not honestly much on movies. We watch some over and over - lots of old Bogie and Bacall ones (heh - B&W...); the original Star Wars trilogy; James Bond before Daniel Craig; some of Clint Eastwood's spaghetti westerns; chick flicks like Pretty Girl, Sister Act; Croc Dundee; Romancing the Stone et al; the Indy movies; and Pirates. I don't like Jonny Depp.... but in the Pirates movies.... he's PERFECT. Well, beyond perfect. The thing that continues to amaze me is that.... Disney understood how perfect he was LONG before the movies - because.... he was THERE - in the Pirates of the Caribbean ride - so many years ago when we took my daughter to Disneyland for the first time.... Oh lordy! That's the funniest thing that ever happened too! Daughter and I were talking about movies, and she mentioned that she really loves the Pirates movies (though like me she doesn't otherwise have much use for Jonny Depp) - and that she had always felt as if she "knew" the whole thing somehow. Me being Mom, I said - well, you know, ti's all derived from the ride at Disneyland, Pirates of the Caribbean - and she said.... I quote.... 'HOLY SHIT. I NEVER GOT THAT!!!" Mom wins.... |

Just tried out this mod, looks great. I always wondered why things hadn't been fixed long ago! I saw it available in SLE, but there were some issues with my other mods. Works very well in my SSE. Whiterun Gates and Walls restored Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image |

"Morning Kane! :D Yes, the screenies are from my game, and the trees in Whiterun are from Perfect Whiterun SE, my favorite Whiterun mod. It really does something for the city, without being an fps killer or having too much clutter and used car banners strung out all over. :ermm: Try it out! I have in SLE, and was really happy to see it ported to SSE. |

Oh, I definitely will check that out! I have Trees in Cities installed at the moment, but all it adds to Whiterun is a few of the trees found in the Rift. Oh, and, Morning! :D |

I don't really have any good shots of Whiterun in SSE yet, and the ones I have for SLE have other mods that add stuff to Whiterun, so they aren't the best representation. I'll have to take some, because with the addition of Better Whiterun Wood, and SFO, it's looking really nice! (to me :D ) |

I scour it all the time. LOL I find the ideas people have, and their talent in implementing them, amazing! With their help, this game will last and last! Personally, I've barely scratched the surface of creating mods, only able to create basic followers in the CK, and now to tweak regular Beth NPCs a little. Don't know if I'll ever go past this, there's so much great stuff others do! |
