Sounds like he is settling in nicely.

He has indeed, Kaneyroni! Today he cleared out Capstone Cave and yesterday it was Plundered Mine who got a visit. Not much in the loot department in either place, but much fun was still had :)

Right now Lothran is back in Bruma and has just gotten up after a good night's sleep. Next up he's gonna hit the town to sell items and recharge his main weapon.

Slow days in Bruma. Lothran takes some strolls around town and some outside but he still keeps near. It's nice to walk around not having a specific goal in mind or the need to fight all the time. Enjoying the snow and the mountains is all he wants right now.

But don't worry, that will change in just a short week and a half from now... ;)

Something like this, but in Oblivion

2) Nekkid Nord Bar Hop ( foot race )
*rules
- Must use a "I can get drunk mod".. like ( Alcohol Drunk effect or Get Drunk ) Realistic Need's and Diseases has the same effect. or so it says.
- Must buy, get enough alcohol to "stay drunk" 75% of the time
- May level up once , before the start of the race ( smithing ) to get steel weapons and temper, buy any spell The Riverwood traders or Belethor has
- 0 armor rating
* will be from Inn to Inn... Starting in Whiterun, then to Falkreath, Helgen, Iverstead, Riften, Shor's Stone.. More route if anyone is interested.

Oblivion you won't need the mod.. just the booze.. and the route would be Oblivion Inn's and towns

OCOv2... is that Oscuro's Overhaul? That was a great mod, but I never encountered a part 2...

The drunk effects of Maskars Basic Primary Needs mod are stellar. Blurry screen effects that shift and swing just the right amount at semi random intervals to make you feel like you’re really drunk. And not just visual changes to the imagespace but the actual camera swings so it can be very hard to walk a straight line. Plus, a random chance to fall flat on your face. And your character can build a tolerance to alcohol by drinking a lot. Walking back to your shack after a hard night of drinking at the Bloated Float is great fun.

Yesterday Lothran got a headstart on the action: Silver Tooth Cave was cleared out. Gold, lockpicks and nuggets were found, little else. And as always the trusty Spriggan and her bear did nice work.

Lothran is now back in Bruma, more specifically the Mages Guild, eagerly awaiting my return :)

The SSE version of Real Needs is very similar in effects, except no tolerance build-up that I can detect. If you think walking back to your house is an experience, try Riften to Kynesgrove... :D

Days are moving and Lothran makes his preparations. Gear is checked, weapons recharged, potions and poisons restocked.

The hunt grows near.

With the big day finally having arrived, Lothran set out early in the morning but not before scoffing down some breakfast at Jerall View. It was not a lengthy breakfast though and the Dunmer was soon out of Bruma's gates. He reached Serpent's Trail without having to fight anything, having cleared the area in the days prior.

The cave system revealed to inhabit four Ogre Cavebosses and a shirt with a 7% resistance to normal weapons. Upon entering the legendary pass the slaying of ogres continued (I do not consider this part of the actual hunt as Lothran in this stage only makes his way to the old fort in order to set up camp).

The tent is now in its usual location at the highest platform of Fort Pale Pass. It is currently mid-afternoon and with the snow steadily falling and the light slowly fading away, Lothran stands on top of the broken wall and looks out into the valley.

The hunt can begin.
