If you have played any of the DLCs, which one do you like best? Shivering Isles doesn´t count since that´s a full-blown expansion, though I guess you could download that too. I´m talking about the small ones that came on the KotN disc, including Fighter´s Stronghold that is not on that disc. As for myself I have no preference since I have not played any of them although I have done the Pilgrimage accidentally. However, from what I have read, I do think I would enjoy Thieve´s Den and Wizard´s Tower. So which one do you like best? I´m limiting the choices to one because I want you to really decide :) Voted Thieves Den myself. The Tower is interesting but my character already has a house in Bruma. Plus, I don´t really like towers that much tbh. Edited by mirocu, Nov 27 2016, 06:07 PM.

Mehrune's Razor was fun but short. Ditto Orrery. Didn't have any need for Spell Tomes, Horse Armor, Fighter's Stronghold, Wiz Tower, Vile Lair or Thieves' Den so didn't buy them. I had various other player houses I far preferred to the DLC stuff, and I didn't really use horses in Ob because they were so.... clunky as to movement. And the mods purporting to fix that back in the day really didn't help much. So, Kot9 is it for me. Edited by Serethil, Nov 27 2016, 05:53 PM.

I never had any of the DLC's when I played on 360 and now that I have them all ( I guess.. GOTY version) I have yet to play... I have a story that need's to back to Oblivion... but I need to do research into the mod's I would need first. |

I voted for Wizard's Tower. I love Frostcrag Spire. It's easily my favourite building in Oblivion, grants the player the ability to be a magic user independent of the Mages Guild, has phenomenal utility for alchemists in its alchemy garden and alchemy lab(featuring the only working fortify alchemy effect in the game)and the teleportation pads are incredibly convenient. And being able to create your own Atronach followers with the Atronach Altar is pretty funky too. And I've always loved the idea of the Wizard in their Tower :D Edited by Callidus Thorn, Nov 27 2016, 06:08 PM.

I think it's the best of the DLC homes. Thieves Den is too out of the way, same goes for the Vile Lair. The Fighter's Stronghold is alright, is just always seemed a little bland to me. The secret passages are a nice touch, but the rest of it's nothing special. |

I think the Tower is too grand for Lothran. Yes, he´s a Warlock and a master in the magic arts, but it just doesn´t seem to be for him. He started out as a thief who then turned into a wizard, but he always kept that low profile attitude, something the Tower with its design shuns with great passion, I can imagine :D |

Are any of these available on PS3? Other than Knights of the N9ne? I suppose that's the one I would vote for because it's the only one I've experienced. I would like some horse armor, as we should all know how I feel about Oblivion's horses. :beermug: |

I was on the 360, and KoTN is the one I remember best. I did not like Shivering Isles. |

KotN is the only one I have (via Anthology) so it has to be the favorite. Wouldn't have it in any other game, though. It changes too much. It does need to be played once, and it's an OK story to play through. |
