At this point, I have to agree with the "If it ain't broken, don't fix it" idea. Those deleted refs and other issues could not have happened out of the blue with no cause, yet they seemingly did - and that makes the whole affair suspicious. It also seems that the same things happened for everybody, and that means that either LOOT wasn't working properly before or it isn't working properly now. Without clarification, I'm not messing with it.

Since the official DLC's should be loaded early, their ITM's would not affect any user mods loaded after. ITM's are an issue if they revert something a mod needed to be changed, and that can't happen with these.

There's a big issue if the DLC's load late, and much of the discussion is about the SE engine doing that., and LOOT not being able to out them where they belong. Even with the ITM's fixed, user mods need to be able to overwrite the esm content.

The whole thing is crazy, I've been watching the threads, and it looks like Beth dropped the ball....again!

I'm waiting a bit longer before downloading SSEEdit, but when the team says it's for certain ok, I'm cleaning everything. It bugs the crap out of me, I guess I'm just anal that way. *sigh* Wrinklyninja said to go ahead and clean the SLE files, but I'll wait until I can do it all.
