So what we have:

TG round:
*Rules for Mods.. they may NOT make NPC's essential, they may not make Horses, dog's, followers essential or change their stat's
* so you can't have a horse mod that make's it run faster or harder to kill)
* A follower can't start with higher stat's than a vanilla follower.. AKA I could not use Ash, as he start's out with health and stamina of a lvl 40 character ( weapons also)


I don't use followers generally (not even Lydia anymore), but I'm curios once again... I thought followers were essential by default, and if that's true any added follower would also be essential by default eh?

Hirelings are only protected, if memory serves. They can be killed.

And some followers are very squishy. I managed to get Faendal killed hilariously quickly a while back.

They are protected... not essential, but perhaps I should say you can't make NPC's, horses, dog's, followers...etc immortal??

I know that I've killed followers in the past with things like MFD or fireballs... but maybe I have a poor understanding of the difference between "protected" and "essential"?

Essential means they never die. Protected means when they go down to their knees, they can be finished off. :)

It's kinda confusing on the UESP because of the way they word it.

According to them, protected NPCs can only be killed by the player, and then sometimes not...

That is kind confusing. But, I know for a fact that an enemy can kill them.

I let Faendal tangle with a dwarven sphere while I handled the spider. He didn't last long.

Faendal is kinda weak anyway. I never pick him up.

So it's one for one. I'll need to look at the list again. I already don't expect much pickpocket because I'm bad at it and my bounty will be sky high.

You and me both...

I'm thinking.. switch conjuration ( which is still effective without perk's as a distraction) for Sneak.

I'm debating on light armor for pick-pocket... but with no smithing, light armor becomes important in not dying... so... I'll hope to luck and just buy some pick-pocketing buff's...

Grimiore has a Lock-picking spell.. Alteration tree, but nothing with pick-pocketing.

And I am having an issue with SkyPe... the McM menu isn't showing...<sigh> which mean's it's more of a detriment to my game than help... It was working with Tsuri... so I am thinking that I removed a needed mod.

I'm thinking of swapping destruction for sneak. Relying on archery means that deadly aim will be a must.

With no Alteration or smithing... Cloak's are a nice "armor", so to speak.

With no blocking or melee... Runes become pretty important..

Plus getting the impact perk...

Conjuration on the other hand, increase in magic, increase in which spell you can use. still close with out the distance perk, but doable...

I plan on focusing heavily on archery and illusion, with conjuration as a way to have distractions readily available. If things get hairy, I can throw out an atronach, dart back to cover and cast invisibility, if needs be.

I also "sort of" have a plan for when melee is unavoidable.

Thinking sneak, archery, illusion, destruction (runes).

Swap conj for sneak. I'll be happy to finish TG line, pickpocket will just put me in negative score with the bounties.

Sakiri, pretty much same, except Nord... and cloaks as well as runes. .

Conjured bow would be great, and a good enough sneak and the book is to be had... the magicka to caste and still have some....

SkyPe has some. ..highly sought after, perks for snack characters... but, they aren't just dependant on lvl and having the perk points... also, having certain other qualifications met...which atm, I don't remember. .

As far as I know they are not. You don't have to use them, all mods are optional. ... you may pick what mods you want to use
