The real question is whether or not dark chocolate is involved.

Hmm, I'm not a huge choco fan, but....some dark chocolate and a dram of Jameson's best Irish? Yes.

Heh. I'm not much into choc any more - menopause seems to have changed my body chem.... But hey - it's fine in Skyrim!

 I've got a bottle of Jameson out in the kitchen, too.

I assume I used chocolate to make these. Not sure what's in the frosting - better not ask.

LOL, nope, I don't want to know either ghastley!

But as for the Chocolate and Jameson's? You would think the two wouldn't go together, but oh my, they do.... :D Get a bit of choco nice and melty on your tongue, and then toss back the wee dram of Jamesons. Mmm!

I don't think I've ever met an alcoholic drink I didn't like with choc. And that includes beer.

Then you'd love Godet, it's a white chocolate liqueur. It has a limited shelf (fridge) life, so it's best not to waste it. :D Very yummy! Like liquid white chocolate with a kick!

I DO love Godet.... In fact, we had it at Christmas last year. I drank most of it - husband's not really into liqueurs. Especially choc ones.

Oh, it's really good stuff, even for a non-chocoholic like me. :D

Well, I can't call myself a chocaholic any more, as I'm just not into most of it now. Sad. Maybe my body chem will change in a year or so, and things will be back to normal.

Sere, since menopause creeps in gradually then lasts for anything upto like 20 years plus......it seems somewhat unlikely that you will suddenly be 'over it' by next year hmmm.

But, if you wake up one day with a sudden urge for chocolate and a burning need to knit baby clothes ......well.....
Lol

Creeps? Oh Hail no.... it didn't creep in, it jumped at me with both feet and all claws extended. It told me I would never find a comfortable temperature again.. and my mood swing's faster than head's at a tennis match.

I've been totally "done" with it since I was about 58. It probably was creeping up on me since I was about 45.... I didn't really have any issues - no hot flashes, no mood swings. Just no hormones period - which is why I have tissue paper skin - and a distinct lack of interest in sweets, including choc.
