Nothing's been said IIRC about if it's going to be more like MO than NMM, or if they're going to provide decent docs this time around. I think I'll take a look at it but probably not going to mess with the alpha much - and then only on a separate install of Skyrim. They did hire a UI designer (name of Kit, don't know her last name) who's got all the screens mocked up and passed on to Tannin.

If it turns out like MO, I'm not going to want to mess with it at all.

You are much more dialed in to what's going on at the front lines than me. I tend to wait until something like that's come out for about a year and all the masses have discovered the problems and the authors have fixed them. I used to like to do testing of such stuff, but now I just want my games working as smoothly as possible. Less headaches in the game arena so I can deal with the real life headaches better. ;)

Thanks for the information Sere. It is fun to keep up on what's happening out there in the world of organizing mods. Hopefully if Vortex is good it will be a standard for TES VI.

I just hope I live long enough for TESVI - and that it's something I'll want to play! As I said though, I won't mess with the alpha OR beta on a "real game setup". I'll make a testing install just for that purpose.

I'm ceasing to believe in TES6. I'll consider it vaporware, until proven otherwise. And I'll be pleased if I'm wrong.

But I think Bethesda is going to milk Skyrim for everything they can get out of it, before they release any more TES titles. If they release any more.

Zenimax has made a huge investment in the Online game, and I suspect that the company strategy is to avoid stepping on that product with a new TES.

On topic...I wish that they would fix NMM to work properly, instead of reinventing the wheel. I'm mystified by some of the new decisions over at Nexus lately, the most obvious one being the new tiled layout. I hate tiles. Well, except on the bathroom wall. :)

Yeah. I agree completely glargg.... Tiles == bad. Also agree with your statement re NMM.
