![]() Imperial Act #002 of #002 of The United Kingdom for 2018. "An Imperial Act of the Crown to establish uniform Civil Ordinance throughout the realm." BE IT ENACTED by the supreme and absolute authority of His Imperial and Royal Brittanic Majesty, Carlisle I, by the Grace of God of Great Britain and Ireland, and of His dominions beyond the sea King, Emperor of India, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith, etc, etc, at this place and on this day, both here-unto and perpetually, and with the advice of His Majesty's Members of Parliament and Lords Temporal, Spiritual, and Judicial Assembled at Westminster, the following as law throughout the realm; Chapter I ~ Preamble. A. Title: The United Kingdom Civil Ordinance (Royal Decree) Act 2018. B. Statement of Intent: To prescribe each and every "crime" against any such "stately office" of the Crown. Chapter II ~ Requirements. A. It shall be an indictable offense, whereas any such member shall be forcibly brought before the Crown Court of The High Court of Justice of England and Wales, and whereas the Crown may determine the Court in which such case is heard; that member for the following "crime" and/or crimes (hereafter and furthermore) against a "stately office" of the Crown; 1. High Treason shall be be any attempt by any member to hinder, or otherwise render the Crown (or State) partially/fully incapacitated. 2. Mandatory Treason shall be any attempt by any member to degrade, or to otherwise infringe on the abilities of the Crown (and/or State) to maintain the integrity of the region's sovereignty and/or defences. 3. Civil Treason shall be any attempt by any such member to alienate another member, to seek their co-ersion with any "treasonous act", and/or to otherwise engage with another member in any manner which might cause them to neglect their " civil responsiblities or duties" at any such time. 4. Gross Misconduct of High Office shall be any action/s of any such member that bring any number of stately office into "grave disrepute" in any such way; i) This charge may only apply once per case, regardless of the number of other charges. 5. Coronial Misconduct shall be any action/s of any such member which has/might bring the Crown (and/or State) into disrepute in any such way; i) This charge may also apply where (4.) applies. 6. Neglect of High Office shall be the action/s of any such member that pertains (or might pertain) to the "perpetual and degrading neglect" of any such stately office. Chapter III ~ Provisions. A. Any such "crime against a stately office" may be prescribed by the Executive Committee of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, at the behest of His Majesty, but shall not fall conflict with any charge listed above, and shall not bring the death penalty. Chapter IV ~ Penalties. A. The death penalty shall apply to each of the charges listed in Chapter II of this Act. B. It shall be a criminal offense, indictable by permanent ban, to act with intention to prevent, or to otherwise disrupt or disrepute any such enforcement of this Act. Chapter V ~ Gazette. A. This Act shall be enforced infinitum, from the twenty-third day of May in the Year of our Lord 2018. |
