No! This will turn into a nuclear arms race in the Middle East!
The Arms race already started, the more influence and control we have over it the better.

Typing this while on my water break. If the U.S is allowed to hold nuclear weapons, as well as other countries isn't it hypocritical to not allow Iran the same privileges? Just because the west has a negative view on middle eastern countries?
Define negative views with its constant funding of Terrorist organizations such as Hezbollah and its active pursue of violence against Israel, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and the constant threats it creates against the west.
They feel threatened by us like we feel threatened by them. By Negative views I mean most Americans are ignorant and consider all those nations over there terrorists. I agree Iran is a sketchy place but I don't think its our place to step in when we too hold nuclear weaponry.
I personally only think that it should have a nuclear program if there are restrictions like Alantania said.
I like that idea but that would only make things worse as Iran would much rather do things on their own and not be forced to follow regulations. They have enemies like we have enemies. Should we be worried? Yes. But thats how the world works, not everything can be peaceful and safe. Many nations hold nuclear weaponry, some we don't even know about. And when the terrorists they fund get these?

Oops sorry dead people, least you get to burn before Allah.

Giving Iran nuclear capabilities without restriction is like giving North Korea nuclear weapons and expecting that they will not pursue another war against the South, mate.

Thats what I mean by ignorant. They aren't all terrorists We have our own terrorists here at home. Not all but enough. We can own these because we have the money and technology to keep them safe. I'm not ignorant, I know what the Middle East is. The only shining lights are Israel and The Kurds. It is an unstable region and until you come to terms with that I cannot take what you say seriously.

We will deal with it then. We live in a world of what-ifs but sadly time moves along and we have to make decisions, whatever the outcome may be. America has been at involved in so many over sea activities since 1980 that the citizens are tired. Another war in the area at this point intime will drive in America's debt an have practically little to none home support.

You are literally saying organizations such as Hamas and Hezbollah are not to be considered Terrorist Organization even though they actively pursue bombing, committing suicide MUCH more frequently than U.S Terror attacks.
Israel literally had more 9/11's than America in the past 60 years.
