TU newbie Posts: 6 Group: Members Member #174 Joined: October 29, 2006	Name:Zangetsu Matsumura Nickname(s):Flame, or 'Kuya'(as his younger ones call him.) Age:14 Race:Azuran Fox Height:4'7" Weight:69 lbs. Family:Younger brother Toshiro and sister Aeris. Their parents' location and status are unknown. Other ties includes their cousin Xia, but the rest remains a mystery. Temperment:He hides many secrets underneath a calm, cool demeanor. He isn't the one who causes all sorts of problems, but often solves them. Although he has a great bond with his two younger ones, it his also hidden under that calm attitude he exhibits. Abilities:He is able to use a 'technique' he invented himself, called FlashStep. He moves so quickly, he can only be seen for a split second from time to time. This was a result of his high agility factor, which allowed him to jump several stories high, and run at about 180 MPH. He trains himself in hand-to-hand combat and in the use of a sword. His 'martial arts' are quite dangerous, since his moves are self-taught. His sword techniques are also self-taught, but are just as dangerous. The mysterious Ritual done on him as a newborn had also left marks on him. Though not a magic user, he can manipulate Mana, and convert it into other elements, his signature Element being a raging fire launched from his palms. Weaknesses:Though he can fight outnumbered, he cannot fight very long if injuried continously. Zangetsu may be smart for his age, yet cannot work advanced machinery. After his encounter with the mysterious substance Zaphon, he learns it will disrupt one's Chi. Since he bears a lot of it, he will sustain plenty of damage. Dark Arts also seem to be one of his weaknesses, which is strange since he can use them himself. Background:It has been two and a half full years ever since the 'Great Accident', where he, his sister, and others have been ripped from their world and tossed into another dimension. The 'Great Accident' occured right after the Azuran Massacre, inwhich nearly two thousand were killed. After about two months in the 'New World', the two came across a child laying unconscious before a lake. They unhooded the child, white fur found underneath. The child woke up and introduced himself to be Toshiro Matsumura. Zangetsu predicted that if Toshiro was one of the other victims, there had to be others somewhere close by. Aeris stated that they could find the others, band together, and try to find a way back home together. Determined to do so, the three camped that night and planned their next move. In the middle of the night, Zangetsu rose to a peculiar feeling inside of him. It wasn't pain, but it wasn't a good feeling either. A strange voice told him someone 'precious' was near. He turned about, a girl in a cloak greeting him. He introduced himself, and she introduced herself to be Xia Lynxia. The two looked over the horizon, the sun rising. Now was the time to begin. Right now, the group is currently looking for a way to return home. But will Fate turn to their side? Only time may tell...
