Egg
This egg has a mysterious glowing aura.
Hatchling
With a creak and a crack, the egg pops open! The newborn dragon has a bright light glowing from along its spine.
Mature Hatchling
This baby dragon has a bright glow down its spine. It’s getting stronger every day as light begins to radiate from its back.
Adult
Aurora Drakes are so named for the brilliant light that mysteriously radiates from along their backs. All young hatchlings have no distinct light pattern from their back when they are born and look alike. As hatchlings get older, the amount of star light they are exposed to determines the color they radiate. Females spend most of their time in snow-packed dens, preventing light exposure, resulting in a warmer color. Males spend more time defending the territory and as a result of being outside more, radiate a cooler color.
