A convoy of 5 APC's accompanied by several groups of men surrounding it marches along the main strip of the East Vyse Boulevard. The area is clearly battered and torn by the ensuing battle, but visibly void of the East militia.

Inside the lead APC, the commanding officer takes to the communications and contacts the FOB. "No sign of the militia again. This was the third time so far! Are you sure the information is correct? This is becoming ridiculous. I've confirmed this is the same situation with the next two groups beforehand." He only got the same response he received the last few times.

We are only going off by what the hornet groups sighted. For now, create a hard point in the boulevard and-

A brief pause, then the operator spoke once more.

-Change of plans. Second division is experiencing fire. Move your group to assist immediately.-

Sighing to himself, "Understood over." Setting the comlink aside, he thinks to himself. 'Is this war really justified? Is the killing of civilians as well?' Mulling over himself, he was suddenly thrown out of his seat, hitting his head against the side wall of the APC hard. All he recall after that was gunfire and the screaming of his men before it went dark.
________

Taking point, Geras stepped up from the top of the F&W bar with an RPK in hand, "Fire! We just bagged another one!" Followed by a group of his militiamen equipped with weapons ranging from AK-47's, PKM's, and RPG's. All just to ambush the unprepared convoy.

5 minutes later...

"Civil Protectorate my ass." Accentuating the two words of the faction's name while lighting a rag on fire while it was still in a bottle of liquor. "You see, I'm a nice guy..." waving the bottle around in front of the gagged officer's face and the other prisoners, packed while tied up in the APC. "I got a code of honor you know: don't loot the place, don't disrespect the dead, don't kill the prisoners. Too bad you lot broke each and every last one of them." Stopping in front of the hatch, grinning at them all with a sadistic smile, "I was still about to let you all off, but apparently your headlight was broken. I just can't let that go without punishment. And. That. Punishment. Is. Death. Oh and don't worry about your buddies up north. They're already dead!"

Stepping back, he throws the molotov into the APC then shut the hatch leaving the CP officers inside with the flames, before walking towards his own men. "Now then, I'd say that Stalingrad thing boss talked about is going well. We got that impossible odds, we got a siege on our hands, hell we even got that Pavlov house thing but better!" Points his thumb back at the F&W bar, earning a light chuckle from the men. "Now all we gotta do is not louse it up and win! I think we let them think we're utter garbage a little enough already. Now boss said use this as a last resort or when the houses are taken but I'd rather not wait that long!"

Taking out a walky talky, "Oi, you guys with the big guns. Get ready. It's about time we get rid of that fucking artillery that they have. You know when you fire. It's about time the show gets started!"

Changing the frequency of the walky talky, he shrugs and tosses it into the trash. "Won't be needing that when I do this." Taking out a remote with a shiny red button on it. "Oh geez, I remember the hell I went through trying to get boss and Rievy to get it to look like this. It almost brings a tear to my eye if I press this after all that work." Sniffing a little, "I really will...not care in the slightest. Let's do this!"

Pressing the button, he holds it out with high expectations for a few moments only for nothing to happen. "...The hell?" Pressing it repeatedly it over and over again to the same result then presses down on it hard. "Maybe if I hold it for a bit and...?"

Suddenly a a large, seemingly electric, blast erupted in the East Ward, quickly encompassing the area and still moving out to the other wards. "...There we go! Would rather it be a normal explosion but a city-wide EMP blast is good too. Hmmm, oh well. The signal was sent, time to push back! I could use a little more bloodshed today."

______

At the Food district, Franzt and Riev watches EMP goes off while surrounded by a number of 100-mm BS-3 guns and Soviet Katyusha rocket trucks.

Sighing to himself, "I suppose Geras has sent the signal earlier than expected. Franzt, you may give the command to fire the artillery. The ammo were quite difficult to find and expensive at that. Even so, don't try to spare any of it for our sake. The front lines should be out of the fire zone."

Nodding to Riev, Franzt turns to the artillery crews and back to the field of battle. "The targets are the enemy artillery and strong points; On my say!"

"FIRE!"

Suddenly the same weapons that was used and brought, ending to life as it once was has returned to deliver death and destruction to the enemy.
