If you feel the need to point it out and complain about it, you WILL be kicked. -If you feel like a good leader never needs to yell, and if you feel like he should pamper the members everyday and make them feel valued, needed and happy then i am not a good leader for you. If you point it out you WILL be kicked. -Tempest is a clan, not a highschool. We like each other, we play with each other, we are friendly with each other. If i hear you talk behind the back of another Tempest member or create tension or a bad atmosphere within the clan, create "cliques" or anything like that, you WILL be kicked. (added by Wargasm: If you don't get along with the group, you WILL be kicked.) Some people can be great players but just fucking annoying to talk to in vent and legion chat. Like I said we're very vulgar and we joke a lot.) -I don't like leeches. If i feel like you are taking more from Tempest than you give, you WILL be kicked. -Last but not least, if you become a Tempest member and you want your BFF to join us, it's cool with me. However we also assume that most people lie/exaggerate on their apps, so we are quick to boot. Just some things to know, you will be booted if: You do not live up to your app, any aspect. You are a noob/make stupid mistakes on multiple times. You disappear for any length of time without informing us, or having a good reason to. You fall too far behind (ie: nobody your level to group with you). Disrupt any event, cause drama. Most importantly, if you do not get along with us and our humour. We are laid back and don't take many things not game related serious, we make fun of each other and laugh at what some people might not, etc...If you get offended by anything, do not get along with us or we don't get along with you, we are not going to make any effort to comfort you or keep you happy. If anything we've learned over the years that things like this will just lead to inevitable drama down the road, and it would be better to lose you now than wait for that to happen...There are plenty of fish in the sea and plenty of places for the fish to go, so why bother with something that isn't working out.
