(Alts will not be invited): Yes, I have one of every class and I like to play them occasionally. I figure I'll want to be able to work on the Daevanion quests anyway. Experience in other games. Please go into detail. (What level were you? Did you participate in end game content. ie: sieges, raids, pvp movies, etc...): I started with a MUD called Materia Magica and did end-game PK, runs, etc. I don't remember what level I got to in FFXI, but I quit playing before I got to do end-game PvE. I played on a bunch of private Ragnarok Online servers and got to max level (1000 is more fun than 99) and did solo PvP. In Guild Wars, I did PvE and some PvP with friends (GvG, TA). I played on a private RF Online server and got to level 48 (max was 50 then; no clue what the game is like now) and helped lead one of the top Cora guilds. I played Rappelz for a while, but quit at like level 42. I dual-boxed a Breeder and whatever the Deva tank class was called, but got fed up at how unlucky I was at capturing pets. That was probably the most grindy game I have ever seen. Previous MMORPG clans/guilds (list guild name/game/website): Adeptus Astartes was the name of the RF Online guild I helped lead, but we didn't have a website. I either didn't do end game or didn't need a guild for the rest, so there's nothing else to note. I'm one of the clan leaders of Timeworn in Materia Magica, but that's not exactly an MMORPG. Previous Aion legions: Swagger INC Location and Timezone: IL (CDT) Age: 24 Will anyone in Tempest vouch for you? (Or how do you know us?): I don't think I know anyone in Tempest, but Calindor posts a lot on Aionsource. Incidentally, I found the recruitment thread in the Zikel subforum. How many hours do you play per day/week?: 40+ per week. It really varies by day and how busy I am with research (graduate student). Can you schedule to be on for important events (not expecting you to skip work/school or anything)?: Most likely, and I will try. RL > game, though. Are you able to be on Ventrilo and do you have mic?: Yes and yes. Why do you want to join Tempest?: I started playing Aion with the intent of pursuing organized end-game PvP. I joined my current legion in CBT3, because of what was promised (hardcore PvP, good players, good organization, etc), but one month into release, the highest level in the legion is me. The second highest is someone whose computer broke during the second week and hasn't been on since (level 37). I have no desire to waste my time any longer. Tempest seems like an organized legion and the PvP focus is what I want. I also enjoy PvE. It would be nice to have legion members that I can actually play with. iSpam Posts: 529 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: December 9, 2007	please make sure you've read this post, before you get accepted to a guild that you may or may not mesh into. the app is great, your lvl is outstanding and you seem to be taking aion as hardcore or more as we are. just a note, we're gaining rep on the server as assholes, and intend to keep being assholes. we're not carebear and all happy go lucky with the entire elyos faction, so if you have issues with hurting the e-feelings of others i'd suggest withdrawing your app. other than that +v for crazy chinafarmer sm.

Hey, guys. Yeah, I read that post. I usually don't go out of my way to be a dick to people, but if it happens, oh well. I'm not playing Aion to be well-liked by the server. I'll grief Asmodians, and if any Elyos screw around with me, they better be able to take it when I retaliate (none have, yet). To be honest, I haven't heard as many negatives about Tempest as other legions that I would consider applying to, and it doesn't seem like an OMGWTFZERG!!! legion (yet). If it gets too bad (I highly, highly doubt it), then I'll just leave on my own. For clarification, though, I'm not prohibited from joining PUGs or people on my friends list for instances, right? Just that if there's a legion group looking to do it within a reasonable timeframe, I should try to go with them instead? Thanks, and I hope to join you guys soon!

The only siege I went to was Sulfur on Sunday. I joined a random alliance and managed to get two gold medals. I was pretty surprised, to say the least. WTB medal farm.
