There is a green one that goes with the title goblin at 25 posts.
Then the one falco has with the title warrior at 50
Then the one I have with the title blacksmith at 100
Then at 150 there's one that's blue and gives the title Ice elf.
I need to make more really...

Yeah, but how do you decide when a character levels up? How many things does he have to kill? Who decides? What's the criteria?!

You start on level 1.
For each level
2: 10 xp
3: 15 xp
4: 20xp
5: 25xp
6: 30xp
and so on like that. You get experience from:
Fighting (1 xp for every health an enemy you killed had)
Casting spells (2 xp for every non-combat spell)
Singing (2 xp a song)
Crafting items (1 xp per point of fortitude the thing you craft has)
Healing people (1 xp per health you heal)
Sneaking past people (5 xp for successfully sneaking past someone)
Completing quests (varies)
Competitions (varies)
Successful diplomatic missions (varies)
Successfully talking your way out of situations (varies)
Buying things (1 xp per thing you buy)
Stealing things (5 xp per thing you steal)
Selling things (2 xp per thing you sell)
