Invitation to Tender for Construction of Ashanti Hydroelectric Dam

Nature of Tender: The Government of Lakhzovia through the Lakhzov Development Corporation is inviting tenders for the completion of the Ashanti Hydroelectric Dam in Transmecuria. The Ashanti Dam project was initiated in 1977 and reached a state of partial completion before the project was de-prioritised in 1980. Cursory inspection of the existing structure suggests extreme weathering and degradation which presents a significant challenge to resumption of work. This tender is therefore being offered to a company with the technical expertise to complete the project and undertake the necessary repair work to allow the project to proceed without a total demolition of the existing works.

Specifications: The dam will be expected to generate a minimum of 6,000 MW of power when running at full efficiency and the dam reservoir will also be used to provide local water for domestic, industrial and agricultural uses. We desire that the dam be completed within 5 years of contract signing though this time frame is negotiable dependant on surveyors estimates regarding repairs to existing structure.

Interested parties should send a tender stating their company title, expected costs, completion timeframe and any other information they deem relevant to:

On Behalf of the VOKUN Conglomerate

We at Vokun are interested in tendering an offer for this dam construction; though construction is not our primary avenue of operations, we have prior experience constructing a powerful hydroelectric dam to power the Karon runoff and our own Karon Peak Research Facility in Northern Reiland; with our patented turbine design, we expect a power output between 6,500 and 8,500 MW, depending on the specific geography of the location. A more precise survey would allow us to give better estimates.

Costs would be 10-15% above the expected value from a competitor, with a guarantee of completion within three years. We are willing to negotiate.

Thank You,
Jarik Locke, CEO
