 I sold a doll on November 14th. The buyer has not paid and has been completely impossible to contact. After opening a case the buyer sent an email that said she would send payment on November 23rd. That's it, no explanation, just those words. Well, ladies the magic hour has past and she never paid for her baby! To make matters worse she has been buying items and paying for them like mad the last couple of weeks. She has a steller buying history and all her feedback says "fast payment" and "great buyer." Those transactions ended and were paid for after my item had already ended. She has been buying and paying for stuff since she bid on my item and it ended.I am so steamed!!!!! I had this happen several weeks ago with a non paying buyer. After opening a case I went searching to see if there was something I could do to avoid these type of issues. I found that you could change your option to immediate payment. I believe this is for buy it now items & I'm not sure if there is anything like this for auction items. I have only been selling on ebay for about 3 months & by no means am I an expert. I have been reluctant for the past years to sell there because of all of the negative issues I have read about what happens on ebay, but I thought I would give it a go. I have had only the 1 bad experience so far, but it can be so darn frustrating. |
