I have a non paying bidder with 0 feedback. She said she would pay me the day after winning the auction between 9am-10pm. She then said she'd pay me at 11pm that night when it was near 9pm. Anyway, after 11 I sent her the invoice again. She then responded she cant pay because she cant make her credit card work right so she wont be buying the doll. I cant open a case until she hasnt paid for 4 days. Can I go ahead and relist my reborn in the meantime? Grrrr.... I think she bid on another doll and won it and thats why she backed out on me! |

That is a shame, just before Christmas. I had a lady that kept putting me off every day. She promised to pay the next day and then the next until she had minutes to go and then paid. She got the doll and said she loved it and wanted me to give her good feedback. I told her maybe we should just forget feedback. So she filed a SNAD on me. Said she hated it and it was poorly done, etc. I don't see her around anymore thank heavens. These people just ruin it for the honest buyers. |

I just had a woman buy 2 dolls and 2 crocheted baby blankets ($519) from me off of Etsy on the 16th. She is paying by money order so of course I haven't seen it yet. I'm in NY = she's in California. I sent her an e-mail and an Etsy convo saying if she paid with PayPal I could ship right away and she would have them for Christmas - - - - - - no answer. So looks like I will just have to wait and see if she really does come thru. I have my doubts :( Judy |

I would open the case and wait it out. You won't get your FVF back until the case closes and she might come through and pay once you open the case. |

I sent her a transaction cancellation notice and she cancelled so I got my Final Value Fees back and relisted. I told her what I thought after she strung me along and then told me last night after 11pm she was having trouble with her credit card and wouldnt be buying the doll. I made an extra pacifier at her request for the reborn, answered lots of questions from her AFTER she won the auction. She said she'd pay me at 11pm so I packed the reborn all up in a box nice and neat, addressed the box and it was ready to go to the Post Office and then she pulled the rug out from under me. |

Its all good now...he sold on Christmas day and I got paid immediately!

Congratulations on adopting your baby to a paying customer. I am amazed at the number of people that do not pay. I always pay right after the listing ends even if the seller does not require it because I am excited to get whatever it is that I have bought. |
