I am glad to see someone doing this I recently started selling a few items on ebay just to keep some money in pay pal to buy my doll supplies and not have it come out of my bank account I listed everything with no returns had someone buy a jacket that had been my granddaughters and I checked everything before I listed them I know I could have missed a stain or something but on this jacket she bought she sent a message she received it that day and was dissappointed it was not as described she said it was not wearable and had rust stains on the zipper and I know it did not have any rust stains it wasnt even old enough to have had something like that anyway ebay sided with her of course and I already said I would give her a refund but she had to send the jacket back at her expense its been about 10 days I dont have the jacket yet had to call ebay to let them know this and they still decided the case in her favor
Unbelievable I definitely see what you mean my son has been doing ebay for about 9 years and he runs into this all the time I hope things will change
