It's been a while. What's everyone been up to? I think it's been almost a year since I've seen this place. Personally I found a nice job working overnights. The pay's ok, it's 1.40 over the state's minimum wage. Pretty soon I think I'll have enough saved up to get myself a nice little apartment. Well since I got the job I couldn't stop buying stuff for myself. Little knick knacks I wanted as a kid but mom and dad couldn't afford at the time.  But enough about me, what about you guys? |

Well, school had kinda swarmed me back near when I was last really "active" here. They even wanted me to speak at graduation, but LOL I knew that would have been a bad decision on their part. Kinda drifted off knowing I wanted the site to be better but knew I couldn't do it. THERE. Did my negative point, now can sunshine and rainbows this. As for now? I do math for a living now. It's not professional pokemon, which is a sad tale. All that dodging jbell's requests for battles did me in. Not sure what the life of a professional pokemon player would be like anyways. Like, you'd either need to constantly have a 10 year old kid, or get called a pedophile all the time. Maybe it worked out for the better? Miss hearing from you guys though : ( I sense kuro organizing a class reunion though! |

Not that I was one to ever really talk about my personal life; but I've just finished 3rd year uni (of a 4 year course) in Maths. Doing a project with one of my professors over the Summer. Hopefully impress him enough to convince him to put in a word for me when it comes to decisions on getting into a masters. Living with my girlfriend (of far too long) in Edinburgh, and enjoying the brief break from the stress of revision for exams :P. Thumbs up for class reunion... Just saying is all. |

The site finally didn't redirect me for once! I'm in my fourth year of school (out of 5) studying communications at Virginia Tech. Just figured out this year I hate mechanical engineering so thats where the 5 came from. I still play smash quite often with friends but rarely play pokemon. Last year though I played in the ICPL (inter collegiate pokemon league). We (Virginia Tech) finished second in the league and I personally won 16/17 matches, the top in the league. The match I lost included some impressive hax. For the most part I play lots of video games (Borderlands 2, Halo Reach, Fifa 13), watch lots of anime, play soccer, play volleyball and go downtown on the weekends. I go to concerts all the time as well (alternative rock/ power pop/ punk). If anyone wants to hit me up on xbox live, please do so! My names are...... Xbox Live: Six Pink Ponies a chubby lynx |

I STILL LOVE YOU ALL WAY TOO MUCH TO EVEN DESCRIBE! Haha, fack me its been a while! So glad I popped back! Never really discussed personal life either, but just got into my first year of Uni studying Economics, loving it. Havent really played pokemon competitively for about 4 years, but did pick up by DS about a year ago and got all teary eyed over my half trained EV & IV guinea pigs! Those were the days! Hi, happy birthday TAG for a couple of days ago. If anyone reads this, I hope you're doing great out there. Some of my best memories happened here, and I can honestly say that for the time I was an active member I could relate far better to all of you guys than to people I knew in person. So thank you  It's awesome that Ludi and Mr Choo are doing/studying Maths/"Math" now. I got to go to the National Mathematics Summer School here in Aus last January, and was one of the few invited back for this coming January. I feel like it really changed the way I think and learn so I'm pretty excited to do it again. I just finished high school a few weeks ago and I'm trying to decide where to go for university. I want to make games, so I did wonder about doing an Arts (Game Design)/Science (Comp. Science) degree but after considering the whole argument for "having a really deep understanding of a particular field" I feel like I'm leaning more now to a more academic-style Computer Science degree at University of Melbourne (with a lot more maths in it too, I think) and just continuing with game-making/game-design-reading stuff in my own time. I did pick up Pokemon White back when that came out and haven't even finished the main quest yet, but it was doing a lot of cool stuff with the story. I might even say that Pokemon Black and White are the first Pokemon games to have thematically relevant titles, if I was feeling pretentious  Anyway, love you all. From Dale. |

PM'ed. I mainly use Steam for Football Manager, but I haven't played it that much since I got my 3DS. Too many fun games to catch up on. I might be getting a PC soon, so then we can play whatever fun co-op games there are for that. |

I actually bought tf2 but its completely uninstalled and will never be played ever again cuz i suck so hard at it.. its just not my type of game. I like the gameplay but the fast-pace I will never get used to... and I would more likely play it if it were more sci-fi with weird creatures shooting lazer beams - as it is now, the fast-pace doesn't mix with the humans IMO, but thats just personal preference. |
