well the reason they arent legal is because people will then be tempted to do things that are illegal. Such as one of the reasons that people do crack is because it is illegal. They like the rush they get when they do something "bad". but if they were to make crack and pot legal whose to say that their wont be a rise in Opium because its illegal? |
