Jareth

The arrow looses and lands just inches from his crotch, embedding in the ground.

Jareth bends down close to his face with a cold tone.

"I missed that time only because I wanted to. I promise you I won't miss again."

Jareth presses the crossbow right against his crotch with an arrow already locked in.

"So last chance."

Rodric's eyes grow big and he begins to shake slightly.

"I...Please. Whatever you want to know. Just, please...No more! What do you want from me?"

Sir Ulric

"I tried to warn you, Thornwood. Now you know."

Ulric walks over with his hand axe, blade red-hot from the fire, and holds it near Rodric's face.

"How long have you been masquerading as the governor of Greenest Keep?"

"J-Just the last few weeks. Rath...He took the governor and hid him away in he keep. Kept him close by. Said it was necessary for the illusion."

Soleil Moonshadow

Soleil closes in on Rodric, shoving her boot into his chest.

"So the governor's still alive and in the keep? Rath was only keeping him alive while you maintained your position, correct? Is his purpose done now? Where is he being held?"

She digs her boot deeper into his chest.

"Where did they go? Believe me, they can't run far enough."

"That spell...They couldn't have gone far. It must have been to the chamber...Beneath the library. That's where Rath kept himself. That's...That's where he kept them."

Castellan looks at you with a wild anxiety in his eyes.

"The library. They're still in the keep. We can still reach them!"

Soleil Moonshadow

She looks at Castellan, clearly still angry with Rodric.

"We'll get to them but we can't just rush in blindly. And I want to know about Pike's involvement. You know I'm going to kill that bitch when we find her. And who's the hooded asshole with them? We don't know enough yet."

She turns back to Rodric, sliding her boot from his chest to his manhood.

"Talk, and talk fast. Time is of the essence."

"I swear, I don't know anything else! I was only told what I needed to know, and I didn't go looking for anything after that. The less I knew, the less likely I was to stumble on something I shouldn't see."

Castellan steps forward, pressing the axe to his neck.

"What about Pike, lad? She asked about Pike. I've known her for many years...She's saved my ass many a time. How'd he get to her?"

"I...I don't know. I just know that she just fell in line one day. That's all I know...I swear!"

Soleil Moonshadow

Soleil looks at Rodric in disgust as she drops her boot to the floor. She balls up her fist and strikes the half elf in the face.
