When Kimberly has a violent premonition of a highway pileup she blocks the freeway, keeping a few others meant to die, safe...Or are they? The survivors mysteriously start dying and it's up to Kimberly to stop it before she's next.

When you walk into the room. You pull me close and we start to move
And we're spinning with the stars above. And you lift me up in a wave of love
Ooh, baby, do you know what that's worth? Ooh heaven is a place on earth
They say in heaven love comes first. We'll make heaven a place on earth

Stan for ha :snazzrih: He's a sexy cop.

I love how Kim casually gets a BF in the mix of things. Is that what it's gonna take for us libras to find love? :borde:

I personally don't see what's so great about Kim. I found A. J. Cook's performance to be pretty dull (though still better than the guy who played Burke), and while I didn't get Mary Sue vibes from her, she really had no arc or development to speak of beyond "generic final girl". My faves in this were Clear, Eugene, and Nora, probably because they were the only ones who had any personality. (And, of course, Bludworth. :legend: )

Overall, I rank this about on par with the first one. Some things don't work as well, like the acting and the tension, but it went bigger and IMO better with both the opening disaster and the kills. The twists on Death's design were also interesting (if kind of confusing), and the characters I did like, I really liked.

My full review is here.

Id need to rewatch to say why I liked Kim, so I cant comment on that. I def find this weaker than 1 though and it loses a lot of the atmosphere.
