Route 23 and Devil's Flight are the best ones. The ones from The Final Destination are the worst.

1, 2, and 5 are all amazing but I have to say 5. I don't like the movie that much but it had amazing kills, tension, effects, and a scary ass score.

The only bad CGI was when Sam got cut in half with that thing since he looked like a video game character.
